"I wish I had listened to my friend's warning from a year ago about this restaurant—she mentioned that the service was terrible and the food was mediocre. Overall, the food was just average; the parmesan fries were excellent and the only dish I’d consider ordering again. The beer was fine, but the service was an absolute mess. We frequently received the wrong drinks, our food orders were confused—including those from nearby tables—and we noticed extra items added to our bill. We ended up being charged twice for the same parmesan fries, and a Rueben sandwich appeared on our receipt even though we never ordered it; it likely belonged to another table that encountered similar issues. To make matters worse, the restaurant was quite empty, so the poor service couldn't be attributed to a large crowd."
