"We made our usual monthly reservation for a high-top table for two in the bottle shop, just like we have for the past 24 months. However, this time we were informed that our regular table was unavailable, even though we saw the hostess seat someone else there as we arrived. Instead, we were given the option to sit in the restaurant or at an awkward table in the back set for six, right next to a musician. We questioned our reservation but ultimately took the table. It felt like someone without a reservation took the spot we had booked. While we were disappointed about not getting our reserved table, the food and service from the waitress were excellent, as always."
