"You need to have exact change or use a credit card to pay here. They no longer offer taco salads. When I asked to speak with a manager or suggest putting up a sign indicating the payment policy, they said it wasn’t possible. I ended up having to wait for three people to leave the line, which delayed three other customers behind me. I don’t plan on returning and will share my experience with Taco Bell. You've lost a loyal customer. The policy of not allowing interactions with the manager should definitely be reconsidered."

"Today at 5:30pm I visited Taco Bell, and I feel compelled to share my experience, which unfortunately left me extremely dissatisfied. The encounter I had with one of the employees was far from pleasant. From the moment I approached the drive window their attitude was dismissive and rude. They rolled their eyes, sighed audibly, and made me feel like a burden rather than a valued customer. It was disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Furthermore, when I politely pointed out a mistake in my order, the employee's response was shockingly unapologetic. Instead of rectifying the error promptly, they huffed and puffed, displaying a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. My experience at Taco Bell fell far below these expectations, leaving me with a bitter taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. I hope this feedback serves as a reminder for Taco Bell to invest in proper training and customer service skills for their employees. "I can't put into words how much I love this place. When all other fast food joints are closed, Taco Bell is there for me. Even when they make a mistake with my order, they always make it right by giving me a free freeze. This specific location has been my favorite for a while now and I felt compelled to write a review about it. "Drive thru order. Unfortunately, having had bad experiences elsewhere, I checked my order before going home. In my younger years I worked in 2 locations of this chain. I must say the veggie prep was terrible. Everything was minced not diced like it is supposed to be. I returned to the window and was asked to pull around and wait for my order to be remade. As I sat in my car waiting I observed 3 other patrons being served before my order was completed. Very disappointing for a business that use to be so customer oriented!"

"I will never go or order food from this franchise restaurant. This is not one time, or one place, is several. Take more than normal to get the food deliver. I went my self, delivery drivers from Uber and Grubhub were standing waitting for orders for more than half an hour. I place my order on line and have to wait more than 30 minutes as Well. I ask a person who is the manager, first for the delate and second because the sauce and meat was dry and they were putting hot water instead of making a fresh one. He said, if you do not want your order, you can go!!Is that the new way to treat a customer?Service sucks. Food unhealthy. Please don't go to Taco Bell."

"I've been going here on and off for over a whole year now, and I feel like I finally deserve to give this place a rating. It's honestly my go-to location for all things Taco Bell. They have always been on point all the time with their customer service and food conditions. Even though I always order the same box through the app (and maybe get other things as well with rewards, really just depends if I wanna get the usual or go all out), it's always been a great experience. I commend all of the staff there for being such nice and hard-working people and can't recommend this place enough."

"Dear Upper management. This location? is just horrible. I work at mercy, so I have a short lunch. Multiple times now, at least the last 4 times I have had MAJOR issues in this drive through. Multiple times I?ve gotten incorrect orders. I once ordered amango freeze, and didn?t get it.. I called it to their attention.. and the guy asked ?Do you still want that?? I?ve ABSOLUTELYwaited 25+ min just 2weeks ago while they drive through employee argued with some old guy and never did get the order right..followed up by my car, where half the order was missing.. "This Taco Bell is HORRIBLE! I crashed from here and when I came in, I waited 10mins just to get help from the customer order. Sad to say, the manager saw me run, ignored me and flirted with what looked like a 17-year-old boy. So I went to the shelf after one of the employees sat the bag, it saw my customers, fetched some hot sauce, and went to the customer bag, and it was at this moment the manager (some white woman with a terrible setting), told me to put the bag back that it wasn't mine. I told her that it was, and that I was the door, then she tried to take my phone out of my hand. I sneaked my phone away from her handle and that's when she became more hostile and belligerent, and threatened to call the police on me. This lady racist and stereo profiled me typically as a thief, claiming there is a lot of "my people" coming in just opening pockets. TF!!!! And to supplement injuries, they didn't even put all my customers food in their pocket. When I tried to come back for the rest of her burrito, the man closed the door and stood where I took pictures of my car. Don't miss this place!!!! Unless you have the hostility"

This place used to be a disaster of a restaurant, often running out of items that were inconvenient for them to prepare. The staff was also quite terrible. However, it seems there must be new management, because I've noticed significant improvements over the past year. The staff is very friendly, the lines move quickly, and they seem to never run out of anything. For a taco spot, this one is actually pretty good."

I usually stop by as a carpool or delivery driver, and the service is always fast. I've heard that the food is very fresh, and the team works hard to make sure every visit is a great experience. "We went through the drive thru today. Had a coupon for 2 Beef tacos for 99 cent. UNLIMITED was printed on it in bold black letters. In smaller print it read it couldn 't be used with any other promotions and one coupon per customer. And it couldn 't be used for chicken or steak. So we ordered 12 beef tacos. The boy taking the order kept saying You want 2 tacos plus another 10? . We told him 3 times we wanted 12 total at the coupon price which would make it $5.94 tax. When we got to the window he said first order for 2 tacos and second order for 10. We handed him the coupon and said we wanted 12 tacos on that coupon. The coupon said unlimited. He said we could only get 2 because it was a limit of 2. It said UNLIMITED I told him. NO WHERE on the coupon did it say anything about being a limit of 2. He kept saying it was a limit of 2. I was getting angry by this time but he insisted it said there was a limit of 2. I was about to ask for the manager to show me where on the coupon there was a limit but my driver was angry too so he just said forget it and drove away. I wish we were able to get the coupon back but we didn 't. We will NEVER go to this Taco Bell again and probably to no other one as well. And I will let everyone I know and on social media that Taco Bell does NOT honor their coupons!! If there was a way to give a negative star I would."
"Got the new shredded beef tacos and they literally had a glob of meat in the center. Couldn't even spread the meat on the bottom of the taco. Pure laziness...I just don't understand. Can u at least act like u care while u are working. Like I'm paying almost 4 bucks for this taco at taco bell. Taco freaking bell has a taco on the menu for 4 dollars. The Mexican restaurant down the street has real tacos for 4 dollars.
