"By the time our group was seated, we had already spent over an hour and a half waiting, and everyone was ready to place their orders right away. Unfortunately, we had to repeatedly ask for the chance to order, for bread, for water refills, and eventually for the check. We ended up leaving just before 10 PM, which really disrupted our plans for the evening—it felt less like an early dinner and more like an endurance test. We were quite hungry and quickly ate once our food arrived.
On top of that, the beer was poorly poured—I’ve had a much better experience dining here before with just two people and no reservation. Interestingly, we initially made two sets of reservations for a group of six but ended up canceling one last minute when we realized we had enough seats for everyone in the first reservation. It was clear they weren't equipped to handle additional reservations that night, which only highlighted their struggles with managing both reservations and group seating effectively."
