"The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. My order through Uber Eats was taking a long time, and I wasn't sure if the issue was with the restaurant or Uber. When I called for assistance, she told me I would have to figure it out on my own, but it turned out that she hadn't marked the order as ready on her end. I never received my order, so I can't comment on whether the food was good or the portion sizes."

"This restaurant used to be great. I called in to order a coco puff, but when I arrived, they charged me nearly $14 for it. I mentioned that it used to be cheaper, and they insisted that the price has always been the same because it's no longer on their menu. This felt unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I opened it, I discovered it wasn’t even a coco puff—it didn’t have any cookies and instead had strawberries. It tasted terrible. Each time I've visited, there seem to be new teenagers working, and the quality has been declining. I cannot recommend this place."

"I had been a customer for the last two years and this was one of my favorite places to order from. Sadly, customer service has deteriorated and when I called 30 minutes before they closed to see if I could order, the employee was very aggravated that I had called and very rude to me. He said he didn’t have time and had more customers in store so he did not have time to talk to me. I wasn’t rude to him at but I almost had to apologize for wanting their food."

I personally cannot speak for how it tastes, but we drove about 20 minutes to get there (at about 3:15) only for them to have the doors locked and someone mouthing ‘we’re closed’ through the glass. "The restaurant has really declined since it first opened. I remember when the original general manager was in charge; the service and food were far superior. Some of the staff now seem quite impatient. I witnessed one employee hesitating to take an order from a couple at 8:50 PM, which seemed unnecessary since the place closes at 9. If you're not going to offer service until closing time, then it might be better to shorten your hours. Overall, I'm quite disappointed with how much this establishment has changed for the worse over the years."
