"My kids were craving donuts in a pink box, so I searched online and decided to try Delicious Donuts. First impressions matter, and they really nailed it! As I was placing my order for a dozen donuts, I realized that the donuts were being packed in a rectangular box. I thought to myself, my kids will be so disappointed since they wanted the pink box. The staff member explained that because I had ordered several maple and chocolate bars, they needed to use that box. I was fine with it, but then to my surprise, she went ahead and transferred all the donuts into a pink box after I finished ordering. They certainly didn’t have to do that, but they went out of their way to make me happy as a customer. Once she was done, she kindly reminded me to mention the pink box next time. I admitted that I was so caught up in the excitement of getting donuts that I forgot to ask! Everyone was really nice, and on top of that, the donuts were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Delicious Donuts!"
