"I was very disappointed with my experience at this Beatrix location. The waiter approached our table, just standing there and staring at us without introducing himself. He lacked professionalism and friendliness, and I even had to ask him if he was our waiter and if he could recommend some dishes. It felt like he was going through the motions, completely disengaged from his job. Additionally, the quality of the food was below expectations and quite disappointing. Overall, I was unhappy with both the service and the food quality."
