"The ice cream was good, but the service left much to be desired. If you lack basic customer service skills and manners, you really shouldn't be in the hospitality industry. The person in front of me asked about a few flavors, and coincidentally, I had the exact same two flavors in mind. The woman who served me seemed annoyed and displayed a rather smug expression throughout the interaction. She was quite rude! My experience at the checkout was equally disappointing. The cashier didn’t smile and came across as either embarrassed or just plain unfriendly. I should have been rude in return and not tipped at all, but I felt bad and decided to leave a 10% tip instead. However, I regret that now because they don’t deserve a single cent of my hard-earned money. This wasn’t the first time I felt this way; I thought my last visit was just a fluke, but experiencing it twice in a row makes me believe it’s a pattern. I’m not sure if there was a racial element involved, but the customer service was certainly poor and rude. Lastly, if you’re charging nearly $6 for a cup of ice cream, it shouldn’t just be about the brand; the overall experience, especially customer service, plays a significant role too. I definitely won’t be returning."
