"I love coming to this restaurant for their delicious Fried Mac n’ Cheese Balls. They always come out perfectly crispy on the outside with a creamy, soft bite of Mac n’ Cheese inside – the best texture combination in my opinion. Additionally, we tried the Chicken Pot Stickers in a tasty Soy Ginger Sesame Sauce. Normally I’m not a fan of potstickers with sauce, but these two paired together harmoniously. For our main dishes, we ordered Fettuccini Alfredo with Chicken and a Thai Chicken Salad. The Fettuccini Alfredo was rich and creamy with a flavorful Parmesan sauce. The Thai Chicken Salad was decent, although I wouldn’t order it again due to not liking the vermicelli in it. I felt the different textures didn’t complement each other well. Despite that, it was still a delightful meal overall!"

"**Mixed Review: Staff vs. Food** **Staff:** My experience with the staff was inconsistent. Upon entering, the first hostess I encountered was neither friendly nor welcoming. I informed her about the number of people in my party and mentioned that I had joined the Yelp waitlist, but I wasn't sure if the timing had passed. She responded with a blank stare and seemed distracted. I'm unsure if she was unfamiliar with the system or simply uninterested in assisting a Black patron. Fortunately, another host approached with a smile, asked for my name, found our reservation on the waitlist, and led us to our table. However, our server was also initially unwelcoming, though she gradually warmed up to us. It made me wonder: Are Black guests not welcomed here? **Food:** The food was outstanding. Everything we tried, from the French toast to the waffles and bacon, was delicious. **Menu:** I wish the menu included a description of the French toast; while the pancakes had descriptions, the French toast did not. When I inquired about it, the waitress looked at us as if we should already know. **Suggestions:** I recommend diversity training for the staff to ensure that all guests feel welcome. Additionally, adding descriptions for the French toast on the menu would enhance the dining experience."

"After reading the reviews about the same thing on repeat along with the manager replying with the same answer as follows: Sorry for the disappointing experience, we will talk to the staff and improve communication that clearly isn't happening on any level. Honestly it's so sad that something so small can't get attention to be resolved and be able to improve business/customer service. Unfortunately I cannot leave less than a one star. Decided to go out for dinner checked in was told the wait was 30-40 we agreed to wait. After 30mins we started noticing people after us with large parties 6+ down to couples being seated, I went up to talk to the gal at the counter and got a bunch of excuses, the lady said well for some reason your name/number didn't register but it didn't take you off the list. I saw this and wasn't sure what happen...(so it didn't cross your mind to fix the issue? Just wait until someone comes up to question the wait? That's wild) So it's going to be another 20mins, we are quoting people 30-40mins. I fully understand what you are quoting people but all these people have come in after us and we are still standing here, not one single person left in this room came in before us. Just received more excuses!!! So my BF went up and talk to them to receive more excuses. She told him I am going down the list and you are next. She said at anytime you guys could have sat at the center section of the bar. As he replied at what moment was anybody going to mention that? From the time we checked in to going up to the front desk not once did anyone tell us that we could self seat in the middle. Right after he walked back over a couple was called back that came in much after us. So we walked out this place is an absolute joke and definitely needs to improve on customer service/communication on many levels!"

"I've been to Cheesecake Factory before a long time ago not this location however and wasn't really impressed with anything. In my honest opinion I always felt it was severely overrated, however I recently went to this location and my tune has certainly changed. I was able to make a reservation for two on a Friday night so there was zero wait and had a very nice time. The restaurant was very clean, service was top notch, staff were friendly and professional. The jambalaya I ordered was absolutely delicious and I would certainly order it again."

"I do NOT recommend. Ordered delivery off their menu, from their website. Food is delivered. Half of my pancakes were missing. Like chunks out the pancakes missing. Called the restaurant, got no help. Brought the food back to the restaurant to show them how my food was delivered. They refused to help me, stating I need to contact an entirely different company that I never contacted in the first place if I want a refund. Owner/manager (whoever the guy was) yelled at me, cursed at me, gaslighted me saying everyone else in the restaurant was having a great experience, took the food (aggressively and extra dramatically), dumped it out of the containers and back into the bag it was delivered in, and threatened to call the cops on me. Simply because I asked for the order to be fixed or get a refund. I just wanted some pancakes and for my order to be fixed. I shouldn’t have to call a completely different company to correct my order when I ordered directly off the Eggstacy website and am standing directly in front of you asking for the order to be fixed. I ended up just leaving my food there because the guy just would not stop yelling at me. My food did not get replaced, and I did not get a refund. I will never give them my business again. Ever. I will never recommend them to anyone. Horrible, terrible, awful experience. May God help them with self reflection to improve their ways."

"Came here on a friend date and it was so nice and relaxing inside — the restaurant was quiet and we felt comfortable. We got the Brie puff pastry and the blackened tilapia and the shrimp pasta. "The best part about Palm Shores Bistro is the consistency. If you've been here once, you can know what to expect every time. But that's about all I can say is really great about the restaurant. Nothing is particularly bad at or about the resturant, it's all just decent. It's not the kind of place where you eat a meal that you reflect on. Just by my personal experience, it's usually a good 30-minute wait for food. Nothing ever really comes out hot if you're with a party, and it feels like all the plates are waiting on one dish for them to be served. The wait staff are friendly and welcoming and have always met every request, but every time I have been, it feel like I have to hunt them down for a refill or whatever my table may need. Overall, I do regularly come here for breakfast with my family, and I'm never disappointed with my breakfast because I know exactly what to expect. The food isn't over the top, but it is still good. It's a good place to start your morning and have a meal where you can actually dine with your family. Would recommend showing up earlier due to the restaurant usually getting fairly full by later morning. Recommendation for food is Jordan's Big Breakfast with French Toast. Parking: It's a smaller restaurant, so depending on what time you go, the parking lot can get pretty full with a long wait time for a table."

"I have always received good service at this restaurant, but this time I was disappointed to find that I was missing an egg in my order and they had substituted sourdough bread for rye. No one checked in to see if everything was okay with my breakfast. I have also found that the poached eggs here are consistently overcooked and flat. The menu has been scaled back due to the pandemic, and some of my favorite items are no longer available. I'll chalk it up to the current circumstances and give the restaurant another chance before looking elsewhere for a better dining experience."

"The food was fine, but the female waitress was somewhat rude. I accidentally ordered an omelette that contained bacon. When I explained, "I didn't realize this had bacon in it; I can't eat pork," she replied, "Well, you must not have read the menu. It clearly states that it has bacon." I made an honest mistake, and her response made me feel quite bad about it. On a brighter note, she did take the omelette back and brought me one without bacon, and she wished me a happy birthday since it was my special day. The rest of the staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome."

"Honestly, I was nervous when Butterfield’s got bought by Honey Jam. I always loved Butterfield’s and wasn’t sure how this would affect things. I’m so glad to say, the quality of food and service from the staff are all still top notch! Last weekend my coworkers and I decided we wanted to do a big breakfast order. There was 14 of us. Butterfield’s said they’d have it ready for us in 30 min. They said normally people put in catering orders a day in advance, but the manager said she’ll make it happen for us. I went there to pick up the food and was so delighted that they had it all ready for me! We all LOVED it! The eggs were fluffy, bacon was nice and crispy, the French toast…. WOW!!!! AMAZING! And the sausage was delish. We even got hot coffee and fresh orange juice! It was a great Saturday morning for my team, thanks to Butterfield’s and their phenomenal staff. Thank you for pulling off our last minute catering order, all of us at Chase bank REALLY appreciated it!!"
