"I tried Villa Milano's Pizza tonight for the very 1st time. Not only was it delivered in record time but it was also delivered hot and absolutely everything we ordered was amazing and so delicious. They exceeded all of my expectations which are normally pretty high. We ordered Buffalo wings, the fried dough and the Al Pollo white pizza. I originally placed my order online and then followed up by calling the restaurant because I wanted to make sure they included paper plates and cutlery. They were so nice when I spoke to them and I received everything I asked for plus more. I will recommend Villa Milano's Pizza to everybody. What an amazing 1st Experience! Thank you Villa Milano's. I can promise you we will be back again soon! Keep be amazing!!!!!"

"Can’t get through on phone, I’ve tried several times. You can never get through and voicemail box is always full. First sign of terrible customer service. BUT aside from the poor personalities on just about every single girl who works here (sans girl who wears the leopard mask that is generally nice but today also threw her hand up at me when I tried explaining why I wear a bunch of PPE to the drive-thru window — for a very GOOD REASON).Today, I tried to address what happened to me on Saturday — this horrible girl there (former redhead with gold nose ring, who now has dark hair) saw me with at the window w my masks and shield on Saturday and VERY deliberately looked me in my eyes and kept pulling her mask down further and further until it was fully under her nose AND mouth. I never put my window down or accepted my food, I just drove away. Today, I gave them another shot. She did the exact same thing today, when I tried to address what she had done previously, she pulled it down again. I was very calm, I was not rude in the least, I was simply trying to EXPLAIN that I have had covid 3 times and spent 16 months SEVERELY ILL (not thinking I would make it to today) — “that is why I have this gear on” I said to both girls. And at that moment, she rolled her eyes while the leopard mask girl threw her hand up dismissively and walked away. Really nice, isn’t that?I realize that this review isn’t going to tank this honey dew location but I would urge people who care about compassion, decency and respect for their fellow human beings, to go support another franchised location. It is very obvious that whoever owns this place does not instill any courtesy respect towards customers, into those that he she hires onto the team.This experience has come AFTER WEEKS of going there nearly daily and saying “hello” and “thank you” to everyone at DT speaker and getting ZERO reciprocal pleasantries back. Never a “good morning” and certainly never a “you’re welcome.” It’s always a transactional experience and the first few times I thought — well, she must just be having a bad day! Because I will always give people that benefit. Then, day after day I’d return and get the same treatment from every person who works here. Still, I returned. After today, showing blatant disregard for the story I was trying to very nicely share with them, I will never return. Not to mention, her doing this again — looking at me and pulling her mask down. An extremely intentional move. You’d have to be there to understand the level of disrespect portrayed. Totally 100% classless.If I was being rude or disrespectful towards them, I could see walking away and treating me in this manner, but for someone to attempt to EXPLAIN to you how intensely they have SUFFERED through a year and a half of ongoing long-covid and to be dismissed this way, the owner of this place should be wildly ashamed. I suspect they won’t be based on how this establishment is run (for lack of a better term), but nonetheless, they should be ashamed.All I can hope is that this reaches someone out there and that you’re someone or hopefully many people with integrity and principle. I will now inconvenience my life and go to another location, to avoid lining the pockets of anyone who allows this type of behavior to continue and thinks it’s acceptable."

"Usually I love this place. Always early, always correct order. I chose the non contact delivery because the person who I was ordering for is immunocompromised. Not only did the driver not just leave it at my door, he waited for someone to open the door and had the audacity to not be wearing a mask. We are over a year in this pandemic and here is delaware we are still in a mask mandate. My immunocompromised sister had to open the door and grab food from a delivery driver who was not masked. Its unacceptable and I will not order from here again. And it may be karen like of me, but she doesn't go to restaurants and orders out for a reason. Unbelievable"

"There are two Papa Romano's locations on Crooks in Troy, and it can be confusing. This particular location is excellent, but we have not had much luck with the other one. I have fond memories of Papa Romano's from my childhood, with Bambino bread and deep dish pizza. When the location near my house closed, I was disappointed. Although this location is further away and does not deliver to our house, we still prefer it over the other location. I am writing this review to commend the staff for consistently creating superior pizzas. It is always the same guys working when I pick up my order, and they deserve recognition for their hard work. However, I must address a one-star review left by a customer who did not tip the delivery driver. It is unacceptable to order delivery and not tip. If you cannot afford to tip, then you should not be ordering delivery. The driver is not at fault for your lack of funds. Make yourself a sandwich and wait until you can afford to tip, or simply pick up your order in person. The driver deserves respect for standing up to customers who do not tip. If you cannot tip, then do not order delivery."

"Nick's is a standard Greek run sub shop. They have all the staples. Barbara and the crew are great. The prices are decent especially since their competitor down the street is 10-20% more expensive. I highly recommend the chicken kabob salad. I also recommend ordering ahead."

"I absolutely loved it! For just $8.99, I got a 9-inch cheesesteak, a generous serving of French fries, and a 20 oz soda. It was a hearty meal, perfectly balanced in grease, carbohydrates, and sugar—all for only $8.99. I really enjoyed the fries, although my car smelled a bit after driving for an hour. The cheesesteak was tasty and packed with a good amount of meat. The cheese was decent, but I would have preferred a bit more and a better melt. There were plenty of mushrooms, but they could have used a little more time on the grill to enhance their flavor. Overall, it was a very good experience!"

"I would give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered garlic bread from their website and arrived 10 minutes after my specified pickup time, so my order should have been ready. However, when the person at the counter checked my name, he told me that my order wasn't ready yet. After waiting for another 10-15 minutes, I asked again, and he checked my order before informing me that they no longer sell garlic bread. If that's the case, why is it still listed on the Pizza Hut website? It makes no sense. He then asked if I would like a similar item, and when I inquired about the wait time, he said it would take 5 minutes. I agreed to wait, staying patient. After another 10-15 minutes, he finally handed me my order. Once I got home, I discovered that the item was uncut. This was the worst service I've ever experienced. The staff seemed completely inattentive and spent their time gossiping while I waited for 30 minutes."

"As season ticket holders for Broadway shows, we have appreciated the proximity of Peppino's to the Landmark theater. The food has consistently been outstanding, but the service has sometimes fallen short. However, last Wednesday was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were impressed by the staff. Our waitress, Melissa, and the young man who seated us were top-notch. "This location has it down pat. Their calzones are hearty, tasty, and cheezy with a perfect dough engulfing the flavors inside. "I rate this place 4 out of 5 stars because the desserts are really hit or miss. I would say most desserts are above average, some are out of this world, and the rest are not very good at all. I have been here a few times and this is my first review of the place.Let me start by saying there are a lot of tables inside and it gets very crowded after dinner time. There are not many sit-in dessert places on bell blvd so many people come here. You may be inches away from the next table but the seating is comfortable and turnover is quick.This particular time that I went, I ordered a slice of berry pie with ice cream and a slice of triple chocolate mousse cake. The berry pie had a crumb top which was nice and toasty. The berries gave the pie a nice tart flavor while the crumb topping added a nice textural component. The flavors of the pie complemented the scoop of vanilla ice cream. The mix of warm and cold and tart and sweet is just amazing. The triple chocolate mousse is made of a layer of white chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate mousse sandwiched in between layers of dark chocolate cake. I typically do not enjoy desserts that are overly chocolately but somehow this cake breaks that rule. All 3 chocolate mousse layers as well as the cake are rich in chocolate flavor without being achingly sweet. I don’t think I could have finished the piece in one sitting but the few bites I had were heavenly."

"To be honest, the food at this restaurant was pretty good. I have no complaints about the quality of the food. However, I had an issue with the pricing when I placed my order over the phone. I ordered 2 large specialty pizzas for $16 each, as stated on both their website menu and their Facebook page, and a side of onion rings for $8. The total came out to be over $49. As I was driving to pick up my order, I realized that the total should have been $40. I questioned the price discrepancy when I arrived to pick up my food. The person assisting me called their manager and they apologized, stating that the prices had gone up and that the menu on their sites was old. It is unacceptable to advertise one price on both your website and Facebook page, then charge a higher price and claim that the menu you use is outdated. They did not even offer to honor the advertised price. This behavior is sketchy and unethical. It is common practice in business to honor your own advertised prices. Despite the good food, I would not recommend this restaurant as there are others that are just as good or better and do not engage in this type of behavior. "Mancino’s of Petoskey is one of my family's favorite restaurants. We discovered this hidden gem in 2020 during a bike tour with my daughter. Now, two years later, I find myself returning regularly from Grand Rapids. My favorite dish is the Italian Supreme Pasta along with the cheesy garlic bread. Everything is always incredibly flavorful, and the pasta is loaded with toppings, baked to golden perfection. My daughter loves it so much that she even hung the menu as a poster in her room!"

"Will never order from here again. Ordered at 6:08pm. Their estimate was 7:30-7:51. That’s already a long wait time but we figured they were busy. Was called around 7:15 and told they didn’t make it correctly but we didn’t want to ask them to fix it because it was suppose to be delivered soon. Then their website says it’s on it way. When it doesn’t show up for another 30 minutes I called and was told it hadn’t even left yet. They were rude, hung up on me, and not apologetic at all. They are “short staffed”. If you are that short staffed then maybe call your customers and let them know there will be a delay. Meanwhile my kids are crying they have been waiting so long and are hungry. It’s 8:23 and it has still not been delivered. Horrible customer service."
