"The promotion of an outdoor tiki experience turned out to be a complete deception and a misleading marketing tactic. There were no tiki routes to be found—just a few wobbly tables outside their nice restaurant located near a noisy expressway. There were no tiki lights, no straw umbrellas, and no ambiance whatsoever. I should have left, but since we wanted to celebrate a birthday, we chose to stay. It was quite frustrating. While the staff was excellent, that was the only highlight. The $25 burger was overpriced, and the yakitori was just average. Overall, it was an expensive meal that wasn't worth it. Additionally, we brought a cake and were charged $30 just to cut it into six slices. The bill for six people came to $400, and we felt thoroughly misled by their advertisements. I understand that restaurants are trying to navigate tough circumstances, but the way they operate is detrimental to their business, and they need to rethink their approach entirely. It was a total disappointment."
