"While the manager of this location has gone to alot of trouble to create a nice restaurant and nearly always produces an excellent pizza, I have received 2 bad ones over the past 3 months with the same problem. For this reason and after being dissatisfied with the response from the manager about the issue, I decided to post a review. Here is the problem: While much of the new staff since the pandemic is responsive and friendly, the pizza makers have gone downhill. Both yesterday and once about 3 months ago, I received a pizza where the vegetables were just thrown on top like a salad, after the pizza was already cooked. They were never baked roasted as usual and completely raw, like a crunchy salad of vegetables sitting on top of my pizza, including uncooked crunchy onions.When I spoke to the manager about the issue, he acted like there was nothing wrong and maybe I needed to request a well done pizza in the future. I said that I have never heard of a well done pizza, and why didn 't they just cook the pizza like they always do? Again, he responded that everything on there was prepared as normal. No it wasn 't! I purchased one of these 2 weeks ago, and that one was cooked . So they threw this one back in the oven to cook the vegetables, but now the cheese was burnt. I will not be going back here for quite some time, if ever. I may be done with this location. They need to hire people that can consistently cook a pizza correctly."
