"It seems like the chefs at this restaurant skimp on ingredients every time someone visits. The locos tacos should come in a sleeve, but they still don't. The portions have less than half of the ingredients they should. All the other dishes have proper portion control, except for the tacos which have the amount I would expect in 3 tacos, crammed into 1. They really need to improve if they want customers to keep spending money here. The crunchy wraps are thin and not properly cooked. The burritos have more tortilla than meat and cheese. It's best to just pass on this place and wait until they improve. They need to make some changes."

"I've been to this Taco Bell several times over the past few years, and I recently had one of the best experiences with service I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. If you're willing to be a little patient at times, you can always rely on them to deliver outstanding service. The manager here is fantastic and incredibly friendly. I really enjoy this location at 1335 W Kearney. I rate it 5 stars and highly recommend it!"

"Literally the worst order i have ever received not only was i missing stuff but my food was actually just thrown in the bag and hanging out of the wrappers, And my burrito was the actual size of a chicken nugget almost like it was a joke because i don’t think you could possibly mess something up that much!! "I wish I could give it zero stars. After my experience in this Taco Bell I never come back. On 11/29 at 12:39 am I ordered on the Taco Bell Mobile App Nachos Bell grande Combo, Crunchwrap Supreme and a Beef Burrito. I came five minutes after placing my order on the app for drive-through, I waited 15 minutes almost 20 minutes because there was a slow line. When I got to the speaker, I told them I was going to say that I was going through the lady? When are you not, sir? So I'm all confused here. So I move into the window and show them the confirmation number for my order, they still say we have no order for you. I processed to drive so that I wouldn't hold the line behind me, I'm deceptive to the store and told them I had to drive through. They still refused my request for my order and I verified the address of the store and the confirmation number and I gave them my entrance to my phone. They still refused my order request if I lie to them. You said there was nothing they could do, are you serious? After you waited 20 minutes for my dinner and gave you my phone call, can't you do anything about it???? Even the worst thing I was charged for the food I didn't get. So basically this location likes to steal customers money right!? Maybe the manager asks me if I wanted to order from my receipt, but then I would be charged to the switch. Why should I reorder my request if I get to the app that I pay double for an order that I do not receive. This is very disrespectful of the manager who tries to pay me twice for my meal. After this conversation, I went into my hands without order. Ladies and gentlemen don't waste your time here spending your money in this Taco Bell, go to a Chick-fil-A, where once you get your order, they will charge you, don't you have?t get your order will still calculate whether you like it or not."

"I usually avoid fast food when I want to treat myself, but I ended up ordering from Taco Bell twice in one week, and it reminded me why I typically stay away. Unfortunately, my orders were poorly prepared, and it felt like there was a lack of care in how the food was handled, as if no one had considered whether they would want to eat it themselves. While the atmosphere and customer service were pleasant, there was a recurring issue with my orders. Each time, I requested the crunchy Dorito Gordita taco but received a regular crunchy Gordita taco instead. I really hope the staff is following food safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness because after both visits, I felt quite nauseous."

"This morning I went to my local Taco Bell for my $5 breakfast box. When I got up to the ordering speaker I was greeted with a very friendly voice saying it was a Taco-rific day at Taco Bell. It automatically made me chuckle and I already enjoyed the service I was being given. After hearing that I had a mobile order he got right to work preparing it. When's my order was finally done and he brought it out to me ,he told me to have a Burritoful day and that made me laugh even more! I wasn't able to get his name but it was young man with long brown hair and great customer service! Great food too!"

"I went through the drive thru on a busy Saturday and there was no line at all! My order was very simple- 2 mini chicken quesadilla (extra grilled please). Staff was so quick! It took them less than a minute to hand me my food from when I pulled up to the window. Literal fast food. I?m amazed how tasty my order was. They gave napkins and extra hot sauce and they were kind enough to ask at the window if I wanted any sauce. Thanks for a great lunch! I don?t think my experience could have been any better. They even said a fair well ?have a nice day??"

"Our food took a little while to arrive, but everything was served hot and correctly. They offered a nice selection of drinks, although the beverage area was a bit messy—something that can happen with just one careless person. There was also a small seat facing the menu, which was nice while we waited for our food. The dining area looked pleasant and tidy, featuring a large table that could accommodate 6-8 people, alongside several smaller tables for 2-6 people. I tried the Frito Burritos, and while I enjoyed them, I would have preferred a bit more Fritos inside—just a personal preference. The mini chicken quesadilla was spicier than I anticipated. My husband had no complaints about his soft taco or burrito. We received a fruit stamp for our drinks, which was what I would consider the standard. Overall, I’d consider stopping here again during my travels, but I was really disappointed that there was no changing table."

"My family recently visited the drive-thru, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The person taking our order was rude, and we weren't asked if we wanted any sauces. When we asked for some after receiving our food, the manager only gave us five sauces for our ten items and quickly shut the window before we could request more. She then glared at us until we left. Additionally, the Nacho Doritos Locos Chicken Tacos we ordered were practically empty. The manager really needs to improve her hospitality skills or consider a different career."

The first taco my wife received was made correctly, but the other three were just filled with meat and cheese. It was a terrible experience. If you can't do your job properly, perhaps you should consider a different line of work. We waited forever for a person to take our order at the drive-thru and when a guy finally got to us, my dad tried to order Cinnabon Delights, but the guy taking his order said, “We don’t have those!” in a rude tone of voice, so we just drove off. The other thing I don’t like is that they still advertise the Mexican Pizzas, even though I read on Google that they’re discontinuing them until the fall. All the locations have a piece of paper on their menus that just say, “Sorry, we’re out of Mexican Pizzas.” Nope, they’re not serving Mexican Pizzas at all, they’re just discontinuing them until the fall, so why would they write pieces of paper that say, “out of Mexican Pizzas” instead of saying, “Mexican Pizzas being discontinued until fall”?"

"We stopped in on our way to Williamsburg and the staff was SO helpful and friendly! The food was fresh, delicious, and quick, and the restaurant was clean and well stocked. "I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The pizza was excellent, and it was wonderfully quiet on a Thursday afternoon since there were hardly any customers. The service was prompt and attentive. I enjoyed a fresh salad (not self-service), which was generous in size and packed with big cherry tomatoes, thick slices of cucumber, and shredded carrots. You can even request additional toppings if you'd like. They also provide glasses for free water to accompany your drinks. The tables were clean, and the seating was comfortable with a cozy sunken design. The cookies were incredible—soft and melt-in-your-mouth delicious, though they may not look appealing at first. For three of us, we ordered a large half-and-half pizza—one side topped with pineapple and linguisa, and the other side vegetarian. We also got the enormous salad with ranch dressing, two cookies, and a soda. The total came to around $55 for dine-in, which I thought was quite reasonable. Overall, a lovely experience!"

"These people are unpopular and for a good reason. They have been in this location forever and they are badly managed with unfriendly service. Let's face it round table sucks as it is. It may be a bit better than Dominos, but that's not telling much. Then there are these Idiots on top of it!?! If you have a coupon, or any deals out there for Round Table, these people will not honor it. They want you to say ahead of time that you have a coupon, and basically rip you off on the Pizza. I'd avoid these Rip Off Artists."
