"I called the restaurant for a pickup, but they didn’t ask for my phone number, which I found strange. After about 40 minutes, we went to the pizza place only to find that they hadn’t prepared my order at all. Several hours passed, and then I received a call from a private number. The person on the other end was upset, claiming they couldn't find my order. We were unsure who they were, so we didn’t order anything else. The conversation was chaotic, with the caller accusing me of playing stupid. I won’t go into too much detail, but they even had my name wrong. The young man I spoke to talked so quickly that I had to repeat myself multiple times. After I clarified my name, he didn't ask for my number and just hung up. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced issues with this place, and I feel sad and disappointed. It’s frustrating to feel embarrassed about something I couldn’t control."
