"Small non descript location. Picture of original cheese steak are a lie. Order asked for extra cheese. Was ok fast.Came out tiny as f wrapped . Had to dig to find the particle of onions . Come to find out telling kid was kind of let down. Admitted they had to cut back and only do half the steak as before. But still charge almost fifteen for the damn waste of sandwich. Girlfriend had the Italian sandwich cold and that was huge like what the hell. That was the only thing worth the time. Sorry won't be back for that price point.Original geno in Philly would scream in disgust at the lie they offered for cheese steak."

"This is the most HORRIBLE PLACE EVER!!!!! I wish i there was an option to give negative stars!! WORST customer service i have EVER encountered!! I have placed 2 orders with them and BOTH were HORRIBLE! 1st time, order was placed, said to arrive in 45 mins. Only to arrive almost 2 hrs after said time. Come to find out they didn't even open up the establishment on time. Did we receive a courtesy phone call letting us know it would be late? NO!! Not even an apology after US calling to find out where the food was. We decided to try them again, and this time was even worse!! Not only was the food late AGAIN. But the order had specified NO ONIONS (as i am allergic to them). Apparently onions are cooked in with the meat. Yet again, no courtesy phone call to let us know. When i called to the establishment the lady answers and says "UGH, WHAT DO YOU WANT?".... I was hoping she was speaking to someone in front of her but NO, She was talking to ME. I explained the situation and it upset her even more. She put the "OWNER" on the phone and his attitude was even worse than hers! After going back and forth with the man, He finally told me is WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM and if i dont like it dont order there anymore and hung up on me!!! I wasnt asking for a refund or anything free! I just wanted my food without onions. Apparently that was to much to ask! NEVER EVER AGAIN will they get a cent from me!! And hopefully NO ONE has to go through the same experience!"

"The food was excellent, but it was distracting to have two phones ringing the entire time we were there. From the moment we arrived until we left, the phones just kept ringing without anyone answering them. Several people around us were looking around, wondering why it was so noisy and why no one was responding. On the plus side, there was plenty of parking available."

"Very rude, second GH driver to try to pick up an order that wasn 't placed yet , one employee who may or may not be an Manager got defensive and argued with me when I suggested that if they did not want to do business with GrubHub they could remove therestaurant off of the website. My opinion is that they kept claiming the order wasn 't placed yet because they 're waiting forsomeone to pay for the order before making it... How else would they have a paper with the order written down on it and knew thecustomer name before I even got there? Regardless I probably will not go back as a driver or as a customer based upon myexperience there today. I was late on my delivery time but I was able to deliver what was ordered after placing the order .Just a lot of poor customer service and poor communication. If the owner or manager happens to see this please feel free toblock me from being able to pick up deliveries from your restaurant. Unfortunately GrubHub does not allow drivers to blockrestaurants on our end as far as not getting orders from them."

"The food was excellent. The salad bar although small was very well stocked and fresh. Bread sticks were buttery and melt in your mouth delicious. Pizza was hot, fresh and exactly as ordered. We were the only customers in the restaurant, although they were busy with take out orders. The employees were polite, I just think they could have been a tiny bit friendlier. Overall a great place. "While I was there, I met another customer who was also there to pick up food. We both speculated that the staff simply didn’t want to work and closed early. We left in separate cars, and the next day, I called to speak with a manager. An employee told me that the manager was available but asked me to call back the following day. I was surprised that the manager couldn’t talk to me right then, but I decided to call back. When I reached out again, I spoke with another employee who claimed to be the manager. I expressed my frustration and requested a refund for the money I spent since I was unable to pick up my food. I pointed out that there were no signs indicating they closed early on Wednesdays. He told me he hadn’t received my payment from the app I used, Eat Streets. I then asked for the owner's contact information or for the owner to reach out to me, but he refused to provide it. Later in our conversation, he claimed to be both the owner and the manager and that he worked for himself. Overall, I don't think the situation was handled well. I am very dissatisfied to have lost my $31 without receiving anything in return. The manager/owner was neither pleasant nor professional, and I feel let down by this business. I will not be returning!"

"Wow! I haven't been to Domino's Pizza in ages, but I didn't feel like cooking, so I decided to stop by. I have to say, the customer service was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and even offered to show me how to use the app. I will definitely return. The restaurant was clean, and the person who assisted me was multitasking—handling orders, managing supplies, and dealing with online requests—while still being pleasant and helpful."

"I live right up the street from this location and have ordered very, very frequently over the last 3 years. Tonight I’m dealing with a 4 year old with the flu.. I asked if they could deliver just the cheesy bread to me as I’m less than a block up the road… he couldn’t but when I placed a pickup order he made sure to take care of me because of the system not allowing me to place a Togo under so much . I love you all. I’ve have a stressful week with a sick kiddo and you’ve made it so much better even if just for this one night."

"The wings we ordered tasted like they had been cooked earlier in the day and reheated, making them tough and old-tasting. Half of the wings were warm while the other half were cold. They were drenched in so much sauce that it leaked through the box and made a mess. While I typically enjoy saucy wings, the excessive amount of sauce was not the biggest issue. What was disappointing was that I could only eat 3 out of the $45 wing order because the taste of the old wings was unbearable."

"The past 3 orders have been credit because they literally mess up every single pizza. This originally was supposed to replace a Taco pizza and now every replacement pizza we get they mess up somehow. And to makes things worse, the last two times when we tried to redeem the pizza they can't find it Bad customer service. How are you gonna credit someone but it's missing when they go to use it? They didn't add a note to my account so now I just look dumb. Currently waiting for a call from the store manager Kenny to confirm with the employee (which it was a month ago. I doubt he will remember I understand they are probably busy but when you mess up a pizza it should be replaced. And the customer shouldn't have to find evidence that you messed up the pizza. And the note should be in the account.I'll update my review if things go how they should.Update: Manager called me back and they are crediting my account. The employee didn't remember but as you can see by my picture it was messed up so they decided to give me the credit. Apologies were made and I upped my review as the manager did handle it and the issue was resolved. I'm always down for second chances so I'm hoping things will improve."

"had a call at order/ taco salad bowl for pickup. I wait there and stood patiently on my turn. two caucasian cubs were before me. one of the cash w/ a blue hemd left the only register rop has and took her order, an older Caucasian male and young male child came in and stood only briefly in the line and then he goes past me and the two before me and go into the register made his job and paid cash for it. the cassian with the glasses and the ponytail has never informed him once to wait his ensuing. So, I'm mad, that reminds me of the jim crow tags and the quote from the movie life white only pies tonight I felt like I was in a white only restaurant. the cashier never apologizes or acknowledges that I was next in the line to serve. She didn't greet me with a smile or talk with me as she did with the linebreaker. Not black friendly! Maybe only if you work there. Maybe rop needs a call-in line and an order-in line. or maybe just show or train their young white cashes there is only one imaginary line at the input of rop and what the meaning of the understood / word next means!"
