"I made a reservation for 7:30. It was my son's birthday. We also stayed at the River Crab Hotel. We sat at 7:45 am. At 8:05 a.m. nobody had come to our table. Had to ask for water and 8:15 a boy brought us water and said he would send a waitress. 8:30 no waitress got up and told the hostess to please send a waitress. 8:40 no one yet. Each waitress distributed the table like we weren't even there. I was so upset we got up and left the restaurant and went somewhere else. There were four of us and my son's birthday was totally ruined !!!!! I have never been treated so badly in a restaurant in my life. I will be sure to tell my friends about the terrible service we received. NO apologies for this kind of service !!!!!!!!!"

"We were in town for New Years and excited to try a new reresturant. We opened the door and the lady barked, Do you have a reservation? We told her we did and she pointed to the table. We sat down and the waitress asked if we wanted anything to drink besides water and I asked if I could have a minute to look at the wine list. She left and didn 't come back for about 10 minutes. So, when I ordered my wine I told her we wanted an appetizer. She told me I couldn 't order one until I ordered my food. So, it took awhile for her to come back to take our food order. The atmosphere was very uptight and the entire dining experience was bad. On the other hand, the food was very good. Although we ordered a side of pasta for $17 and it was maybe three bites. That was disappointing. I realize it was homemade, but really? The server also knew we were going to split it and she never bothered to tell us how small it was. We spent around $180. After the way we were treated we definitely won 't go back."

"The food was outstanding, and the prices were reasonable. My kids were thrilled to dine there. However, on Christmas Eve, there were only three servers handling the entire restaurant, with no hostess, bartender, or busser in sight. This simply wasn’t sufficient given the number of reservations they had. Our server was very friendly, continually apologizing and expressing gratitude for our patience, but the dinner took much longer than it should have. For instance, my husband’s drink took about 30 minutes to arrive because the server was juggling multiple tables while also preparing drinks. It made for an unnecessarily slow dining experience."

"I've been a loyal patron of Riccardo Enoteca for over 18 years, so I was shocked to encounter such a decline in both food and service on my recent visit. I won't be returning. The fava beans were overcooked, and there was no hint of truffle as promised. The wild mushroom risotto came out cold and resembled mushy oatmeal. The tortelloni was tasteless and dry, clearly not homemade. The service was nearly non-existent—no one checked in on us or refilled our water, and the noise level was so high that it was impossible to have a conversation. For over $150 for dinner for two, this experience was incredibly disappointing, and I won't be coming back."

"Yesterday was our first time eating at Ferraro‘s. I am happy to say it will not be our last time. From the start of the experience the wait staff the food the drinks everything was top-notch. Our server Virgilio was extremely knowledgeable about all of the food on the menu. He was able to make very good recommendations to us and was extremely personable making you feel like family. He is also the person to talk to if you’re interested in the old Las Vegas.The chef Mimmo comes into the dining room and visits with all of the customers. The homemade pasta is truly delicious and when I mentioned to the chef that I was sorry I couldn’t order the gnocchi in addition to the meal that I did order, he sent out a plate of gnocchi for my husband and I to enjoy. They were the lightest and most delicious gnocchi I ever had truly melted in your mouth. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes delicious Italian food."

"PLZ NOTE: their rooftop is under construction so ALL DINING IS DONE INSIDE. Upon booking, there was a notice that vax card will be checked upon entering, NO SUCH THING WAS DONE. I even heard a few patrons talking abt it as well. NONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES HAD MASKS ON. Basically it was a ?you can wear it if you want? situation. We went on valentines weekend 2/12 and they were ?overbooked? which is what I was told by the check in girl. They asked us to go and wait at the bar but we declined due to the fact that she said ?it was extremely crowded up there?. When we finally got to sit, it was extremely crowded in the seating area as well. THEY ALSO NEED NEW UTENSILS. One of the dish they brought me was cracked and their knives and forks; they can afford to get new ones. PROS: food was plentiful and some dishes were good. We ate from the a la carte menu. I had the fried calamari for my app(it was well prepared but tasteless); my date had their The Buger, which was huge and tasty, my main I had the Panino Astice. It was a very yummy and the lobster was plentiful and the sauce it came with; delish. They had a cute little set up for Valentine?s Day as well. Overall I rated a 3 because there was not much CV-19 protocol being followed. Oh and their bathroom IS A LITTLE GROSS. I went to go use it and there was no tissue."

"Great patio for a warm weather date night. BYOB with $6 corkage fee is reasonable considering they serve wine. Complimentary bruschetta is yummy and refreshing. I ordered the lobster penne special and while a little pricey which was expected, the portion was large and I only got through about 1/3 of it. My date got the tortelloni al burro fuso with delicious nutty butter sauce which I'll probably be ordering when we visit again."
