"WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! The airport shuttles for hotel pickups were all happening at gate 2 for Hilton hotels and many other hotels. However, none for the Hilton Garden Inn, so I called, Mackenzie said wait 30 minutes. I waited, still no shuttle. I called back, she said they are coming. After waiting an entire hour, I called back again, and she told me to walk to gate 5, go across the street, walk through a hotel lobby, cross the street again, and wait for another shuttle which runs every 30 minutes. I explained that I am in a wheelchair and cannot do all of that. I am disabled, and all these other hotel shuttles are coming to gate 2, why can't your shuttle? She said it's not convenient, so we aren't going to do it. I begged her, and she said I could call the shuttle and reroute him, but I'm not going to because it's not convenient for him to drive to gate 2 with all the other hotel shuttle traffic. IT TOOK ME 2 HOURS TO PUSH A WALKER, MY 3 PIECES OF LUGGAGE, AND HOBBLE ON A TRAM, RIDE COUNTLESS ELEVATORS AND WALK ACROSS 2 STREETS, THROUGH ANOTHER HOTEL LOBBY AND ARRIVE AT THE NEW HOTEL SHUTTLE PICK UP SPOT. TRUST ME, THE SHUTTLE DRIVER WAS NOT THE ONE INCONVENIENCED, I WAS! NOT TO MENTION THE AMOUNT OF PAIN I WAS IN. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC TO TREAT DISABLED PEOPLE LIKE THIS. When I arrived, she offered me a cookie A COOKIE for my trouble! UNBELIEVABLE."
