"I must say it is rare for me to Leave 5 star reviews and I am not easily impressed. Your Sandwiches truly beat all the rest! Much better then Subway, Jersey mikes, and what used to be my favorite Fire House Subs. Gandolfo's New York Delicatessen is now my Favorite Sandwich place to eat. I had a promo to get 50% of my next 3 orders on door dash and decided to try Gandolfo's. The quality of the food is excellent. The bread and all the meat is extremely tender. I ordered the French onion drip sandwich and I admire the generosity in the amount of the broth dip they give you. I have had something like this before from other restaurants and they are not nearly as generous with the broth dip as Gandolfo's. Gandolfo's truly cares about the customers and the quality of their products. I will definitely be ordering directly from your website soon. "Every sandwich is awesome. They've added a few new sandwiches that are huge and delicious. The prices match the amount of food that you get and then some. The atmosphere is beautiful and the music is delightful. Sometimes they get too busy and I want to help them because they are already working so hard. The business means they are here to stay and I know I don't want them to go anywhere."

"And that’s being generous. Server was super flustered couldn’t get any of our drinks right. That’s just the start. I tried getting said servers attention and after I said “excuse me ma’am” she “yo’d” me. I’m sorry but who responds to a PAYING CUSTOMER with “yo”. Had a larger group so sat at 2 tables. One table was done eating and got their check before the other table ever even got their food. Asked for no onions or mushrooms on the steak. Had to scrape all that off.
