"I've ordered from Hong Kong Chinese multiple times since moving to Stamford a few months ago and never had any issues—until tonight. When I opened my food, a ROACH crawled out of the container! This is absolutely disgusting. I called the restaurant and was connected to a manager who was shockingly indifferent and only said she would speak to the chef. I couldn’t believe the lack of concern. I told them to have the driver take the food back when he returned. When the driver came back, he asked me about the original plastic bag and there was back-and-forth about where the roach could have come from. I will NEVER order from here again. Stay far away!"

"The shrimp egg foo yung was very good. I like that the sauce (not the brown gravy) is put on the side and the shrimp vegetables are cooked inside the eggs. The dish was a little pricey but heck, what’s not these days ??. Whenever I have a taste for egg foo yung again, I’ll be back."
