"Meh! If it is Mexican food you are interested in, this is not the place. The overall food quality is there. It's the total lack of any Mexican food flavor that yells go elsewhere. I went on a less than busy time of the day and the service was slooooow. Imean very slooooow. For me, there are a couple of menu items that are indicative of food authenticity. On this day, I opted forthe Tampiquena steak. This is simple and, at a good Mexican restaurant, loaded with flavor. Here, the idea behind the steakseems to have gotten lost. Even if I concede the more TexMex style of the menu, the flavors took the day off. Now, don't get mewrong. The steak was very good. If you had blind folded me, I might have guessed I was at Outback or some other similar middleof the road steak house. Plus, if it was a nice, well cooked steak I was after, I wouldn't have gone here. So, if you like realdeal Mexican food, this is not the spot."
