"Overall, the ramen I had was exceptional. I went with a basic bowl that included broth, noodles, ground beef, and a variety of veggies. The flavor was spot on. I'm giving this place five stars, but I do think the owners need to work on hiring more staff. Many tables needed to be cleaned, and it was clear that the staff was under constant pressure. While the food was outstanding, I can see how some customers might rate this lower due to the service if the owners aren't careful. That said, the staff here was not doing a poor job at all; on the contrary, they were polite, friendly, and eager to assist. However, it was evident that they were feeling overwhelmed."
