"Holy Moly! I consider myself to be an extremely picky eater. I find it very difficult to find tasty food. If you haven't eaten here- YOU MUST TRY IT. When my bf said that Nan Zhou makes their own noodles, I was like, *rolling eyes* I'm sure that's a stretch. He wasn't lying. When I went to the bathroom, you could hear, between the walls that they were beating the noodle dough. I was impressed. Our food finally came, I ordered the spicy beef noodle soup-OMG, I DIE! The soup wasn't super spicy but it had nice kick to it. I could have easily added more sriracha. The broth tasted like it was made from beef bone broth, the noodles were soft and pillowy, and the steamed dumplings were super. Can't wait for my next trip to Nan Zhou!"
