"The service at the bar leaves much to be desired. The bartenders often consume alcohol and frequently forget to return change. On the other hand, the restaurant waitstaff is fairly decent, and the overall service quality could improve significantly if they managed their limits better. Unfortunately, it seems the owner does not address these concerns."
