"Once we were seated, it took a long time for our server to come over. Although we could tell he had many tables to tend to, there were extended periods—over 15 minutes—when we didn't see him at all. When it came time to settle the bill, it was a real hassle. We were told we could only split the check a few ways, which was exactly the opposite of what we needed. It took us nearly 30 minutes to figure out how to pay.
We spoke with the supervising manager, who was also busy, and she offered us a mere 5% discount on a bill that exceeded $640, which was quite disappointing. It took another 20 minutes to process our credit cards, and the whole situation felt uncomfortable for everyone involved. This was a birthday dinner for my friend, and she ended up having to address the issues with the manager since the actual manager seemed to have vanished and was unavailable to help us resolve anything.
To top it all off, the two steaks we ordered were lacking in flavor and not enjoyable at all. Overall, I will not be returning to this restaurant."
