"This place is hit or miss. The first time I came here I ordered The Branzino. I had a early 11:30am reservation. The food came out hot and the fish was fresh and delicious. I couldn 't wait to come back and try it again. I had 1:30pm reservation. It was the same waitress. This time she seemed totally different, wasn 't friendly or helpful, didn 't even smile. My daughters clam chowder was so gritty she couldn 't finish it. By the time she got her BLT she had lost her appetite and couldn 't eat but a little of her sandwich that wasn 't very good either. This time my fish came out cold and soggy, and didn 't taste fresh. I was so disappointed and was hoping this could be my go to restaurant, as I live close in the neighborhood. I will be canceling all my future reservations. Good consistent food is the key if you want to keep your customers. $100+ bucks down the drain."

"We were celebrating our 47th anniversary of the night we met, and we've been together ever since. We live in Aspen and Clark's is one of our favorite restaurants. Here we are in the Rocky Mountains, thousands of miles from the nearest ocean, and yet the fish, oysters, clams, shrimp, etc. are as fresh as when we lived in San Francisco on the ocean. We highly recommend Clark's to anyone who lives in or is visiting Aspen."
