"Not a great experience, sadly, because I had heard good things and wanted to try it. First, I want to say my omelet was very good! But, I had ordered my hash browns crispy and covered with cheese and they were not crispy, were lukewarm, and the cheesewasn?t melted because they were so cool. My husband?s ham steak was cold?not on the griddle long enough to warm it up. He alsoordered his eggs over medium and they were barely cooked over easy! So runny! His hash browns were ordered crispy, and were alsobarely warm and the cheese not melted. The toast arrived when we were halfway done with our meals, was not buttered or cut, andwasn?t very warm. The waitress comped my husband?s meal, even though we ate all of our food and were happy to pay for it. So,that was nice. She also brought him a warmed piece of ham. Tip to the chef: cook the food to how it is ordered, even if it takesa little longer. It is better for the customer to be satisfied with the quality of their order than to try to impress them bygetting it out of the kitchen fast. Cold, undercooked food is unacceptable."
