"I have consistently had disappointing experiences at this location. The customer service is noticeably lacking, and I often find myself needing to ask multiple times for the right items. On one occasion, the manager argued with my friend about a mistake they had made, insisting that my friend was wrong for wanting the correct meal. We waited about 15 minutes for our food, and during that time, the manager used inappropriate language towards my friend. When he finally stepped outside, he yelled at us, took a picture of my friend's car, and told us never to come back. Overall, each visit has been unsatisfactory, and we will not be returning to the Chamberlayne Avenue location in Richmond, VA."
