"I order from both location as all the time, however this morning really disturbed me as we ordered off their app and my husband went to pick it up and they told us we didn’t pay for the rainbow bagel which is absurd how would you get the order if I didn’t pay in advance? I could process it without payment. So they told my husband we only paid for the up charge online which was $2.20 and owed $3.89 in addition. So my husband paid it. I called and said that is ridiculous and we ended up paying $6 for one bagel. They said the manager told them to do that and would call me back. It’s been 2 hrs and no call. My main concern is this is fraud you can’t tell your customers after purchasing with the price you dictated online to pay more when they show up. If the price changed then change it online. Becareful if you order off their app it’s apparently suggested prices and not the real one. Bbb will be aware..fraud is wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain. Since the place of business gained an addition 3.89 that is exactly what that is…my charge was never changed. Statement still shows the $30 charge. Listed on your app states the “rainbow bagel is $2.20” Bottomline is a person pays online utilizing your app you don’t ask them for more money when they show up. That is your app your error end of story. I have ordered this way every week no issues. I won’t be coming back to this business. We will do our Sunday breakfast somewhere else."

"I ate here for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. My friend and I waited about 5 minutes for a table on a super busy Sunday morning which wasn't bad, but they should consider having some chairs for waiting customers some of whom (like my friend) might be suffering the effects of a long night out. Also would be nice for older people, disabled, etc. The service was great. Our server was busy (we could tell because my friend and I are both servers) but she kept a smile on her face and kept our coffee refilled. Besides getting our order right (which she did of course) what else do you need? The food was reasonably priced, quality was great, and the portions were big but not weirdly ginormous. My favorite part of the meal were the homefries that came with the meatlover's omelet. I generally don't like homefries cause they are either soggy or undercooked or both. These homefries were put on the griddle so they were crunchy on the outside like hashbrowns but soft and fluffy on the inside like good homefries should be. Sometimes one tweak can revolutionize a dish. This one did that for me. Really I would recommend Jack's to anyone. My mom was just visiting from Alabama, and I wish we had gone here while she was visiting. I don't usually do online reviews, but this experience was so 100% positive I decided I should. Go to Jacks."

"Food way over cooked, seemed like everyone on staff was in chaos. Way over salted fries. However the server didn't have a problem sending more fries. I decided to remove the over cooked food. However my friend who was with and she loved her fish sandwich and my kid liked the grilled cheese. This is just my personal experience. Parking: It's weird but seems like everyone found a way to park. Just follow the no parking signs on one side of a second building"

"The Cheeseburger, Chicken Philly Cheesesteak, and Roast Beef sandwich were delicious. However, I was very disappointed with the Seasoned Fries. They were extremely greasy and inedible. I tried patting them down and putting them in the air fryer, but they still didn't taste good. I understand that fries don't always travel well, but I have had success reviving them before. These fries seemed old and had been double fried. They also should not have been wrapped in plastic. Despite this, I will order from this restaurant again as we enjoyed everything else. The portions were generous for the price. I look forward to trying something different next time."

"So I'm not sure what I'd think if I saw an actual purple cow, but the restaurant is pretty cool with me, lol. I'm a simple burger and fries kind of guy, and the folks at this PC make a good one. The order was as requested, and in a world of ever rising prices, I wasn't upset at my total. Which u can't say everywhere, sadly. I still haven't worked myself up to trying their famous purple shake, but there was no shortage of people there asking for them for dessert. So they must be doing something right. And as a final note, it always puts a smile on my face when a place has a musical theme to join their style of restaurant. And with their old school diner look came old school diner tunes from the 40s, 50s, and 60s. Made the meal all the better, in my opinion."

"This restaurant is fantastic; it feels like a delightful blend of a bar and a café. It mainly serves breakfast, brunch, and lunch, with the exception of fish fry days. The service is exceptional, with friendly staff who warmly greeted the regulars by name. My family received a warm welcome as well. The place is clean and well-maintained. The food was outstanding—we sampled a range of items from the breakfast menu, and everything was delicious, from the perfectly cooked eggs to the tasty pancakes, sausage, and bacon. The lunch menu also looked appealing, offering a good variety at reasonable prices."

"I’m a regular at this restaurant, and although they claim to close at 6 PM, they won’t take orders after 5:40 PM. This gives them only 20 minutes to prepare food for customers, which is quite frustrating. I do not recommend coming here, especially if you have to drive a distance. I’m really upset by this experience and don’t want to spend my money here again, especially since I usually spend over $100 every time I visit."

"I was at the bar last night for the same event mentioned in another review. Interestingly, that reviewer neglected to mention that many customers were intentionally causing disturbances and making the bartenders’ lives difficult. They also failed to note that the entertainment personnel were sitting by, smirking, while customers yelled at the bartender for wanting to close for the night and pressured her to stay open. A gentleman, who I assume was part of management, intervened and was met with loud screams and insults from several of these disruptive customers when he reiterated that they were closed. I wanted to share my positive experience with the staff we encountered. The service was prompt (and, to the surprise of the previous reviewer, I'm a woman), the food arrived quickly, and everything was both hot and delicious. I hope we can keep the negative reviews off Google, as they seem more driven by spite than by genuine feedback. Great job, Hide-Out! Keep it up!"

"I go here a lot on Thursday evenings for their Open Mic nights with Mark Cook and Eddie Smith. I appreciate businesses that welcome live music and it's always a great vibe at The Place in Marietta. Went there last week and met Sam behind the bar for the first time and she was awesome. She handled my bar food very well and was very engaging while handling a busy Thursday night crowd."

"Second time at this location did not disappoint.Food was so good, and it's been a very long time since I was this stuffed.I always love the liquid broth chicken tortilla soup! It tastes real, homemade, and not canned. Very nourishing!The fried green beans were tasty-delish!Chili cheese dip? Oh wow, so good!Two of us had to split a hamburger after all that but unfortunately we did not split our dessert.Triple chocolate malt for my husband: tastes just like what a malt should taste like. (Their shakes are Real: milky and thin, none of that fake foamy stuff. Purple cow ice cream soda for me. (Purple ice cream is their trademark, but I like it tasting like grape. So good! Ate too much but that's on me. How do you poorly rate food that tastes too good? ? Three happy waiter/waitresses that I could see in the hour, a crowd rush at 7, and efficient service.
