"A little shop in the Hamilton Park area of Jersey City. They are only open 5 days a week and it is a small shop… just enough space for one family to go in to make an order. You can order a cone or a cup with toppings (although I think it’s a shame to put toppings on top of the ice cream here). They also sell brownies (they have some frozen so you can enjoy them at a later date after a 1 hour defrost), pints of their current flavors, ice cream sandwiches, and a bit more. I think cakes have to be preordered.The ice cream I guess you would classify as gourmet as these are not straightforward flavors. So if you only like classic vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, etc… this might not be the place for you… a place like Torico (another really good ice cream shop in Jersey City) has what you want. If you enjoy complex flavor mixes or just enjoy ice cream, you have to visit.I had the Gaby, Earl Grey fudge, Honey Lavender, and Lemon Olive Oil. A 2 scoop cup will let you try up to 4 flavors. All the flavors are fantastic. I especially loved the Gaby which was Matcha ice cream and dolce de luche blended together.I am definitely coming back for more."
