"Good for a quick salad, but would not be my salad of choice. The topping to salad mix was light on toppings, heavy on salad, so it felt a bit overpriced as a whole. Atmosphere: Line can be long during prime lunch hours, especially within Union station, but the max wait time I've had has probably been 15 minutes they generally move fast! Food: The salad quantity was filled to the brim of the container (which was great), but I felt like the predominant mix was just the salad base, which was spinach and romaine mix for me. I was hoping for a bit more protein/toppings added; when I was eating the salad, I felt like I was just eating the greens for 75% of the time. This is healthier, I suppose? But I wished there was a bit more flavoring AKA toppings in the mix. One caveat: Because they are moving really fast, some of the toppings are accidentally mixed into other topping containers as the employees move down the salad line. For example, there was a single crouton mixed in with one of the toppings I got, and I bit into that without paying attention I had been trying to go lower carb, so that was a bit of an unfortunate surprise for me. Just be the lookout for unintentional toppings, in case you're trying to avoid specific ones! Overall: 3/5 Decent salad, but not my go to salad place; seems a bit pricey for a lot of romaine and spinach, pretty much."

"The low rating is only for this location. Tryon Street Store is 5 stars. The staff I interacted with in Arboretum were very friendly and they? re why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. It would have been three, but they lost a star because my order for 3:30 was ready at 3:05, 4 minutes after my order, so obviously they did not notice that it was a delayed order. Thank God I ask for dressing on the side, or it would have been a confused mess when I came there. Update I added a star because of the young lady I met on the way out. There are no waste can or recycling containers outside; a very nice employee told me it was inside. I pointed out that I was with my dog and couldn't walk in. She offered to take it for me, even though she was at work. Another super friendly staff! Unfortunately, she didn't wear a name tag or I'd thank her here by name. I decided to eat outside at the tables and asked a bowl of water for my dog. The lady inside said she would bring it out what was very nice of her. While I took my dog out of the car, she left my order and an empty bowl on my table. I had to put the dog back in the car, get water from inside, get the water out and get the dog back. Usually no problem, but they and I have both mobility impairments, so it is a little difficult for us. The Cobb Salad had three small, slightly brown pieces avocado and 4 small squares of chickens. There was so little taste in the rest of it (and no salt or pepper packages in the bag) that I used all dressing. I usually use less than half. I asked cucumbers that I finally found on the bottom of the bowl together with the whole egg. That's the second time I tried to try the Sea Salt Caramel. That's the second time it wasn't in my pocket. I didn't notice until it was too late, so I still don't know how they taste. Overall, I love Chopt, only not this place."
