"Placed an order this evening about 5:15pm was told it would be ready in 40 mins. Pulled in a little early 37 mins after I called and was informed my pizza was not even put in the oven yet and it would be another 30 to 40 mins. All I can say is wow. Definitely will take my business to one of the many other pizza places in the little town of Delphos. I completely understand being short staffed and if the place was extremely busy I would understand but saw no other orders waiting to be picked up and zero cars waiting or even there. Was offered no explanation or anything just come back in 30 to 40 mins"
