"The wife and I go here occasionally on the weekends for breakfast sandwiches or for a lunch sandwich. Every time we go we are met with rude staff. Today we went to pick up an online order (paid and ready) and she asked if she could get the order. The lady behind the counter said no you can wait on line. So we asked a different employee to kindly get our order. Instead the lady interrupted and said no you can wait on line because you didn't leave a tip and walked away. We always leave our tips in cash for the employees instead of through apps. Needless to say we will no longer go here. Unprofessional. Rude. And prices are high for mediocre service."

"The food was delicious and the service was great. I had to wait a couple more minutes than the other for my food which was not a problem for me, even still, I was given free potatoes for the wait. That was a wonderful, unexpected touch. My ONLY problem was that I reserved a standard table but was seated at a high table. The two young children with us could barely reach the table and the high chair was too short for the table. The high table was facing the kitchen so it did not offer much a view for half of the table. I would definitely come back and cross my finger to be seated else where."
