"This place is declining rapidly. The food quality is consistently poor. The fries are cold, the drinks lack flavor, and the carbonation in the soft drinks is off. In my last three visits, none of the burgers I tried were good, and I sampled different ones each time. The chicken sandwiches were also cold. This location used to be my favorite, but now I'm disappointed. When I inquired about the cold fries, the employee just closed the window on me."
