"This place has a wonderful ambiance and serves delicious food, making it a go-to spot for me since I moved here a few months ago. However, I've noticed a consistent pattern with the same employee taking our orders. Unfortunately, there seems to be a disconnect in terms of friendliness. It feels as if we're met with a chilly reception, which leaves us a bit puzzled. Despite this, the food and atmosphere are truly commendable, earning this spot a solid 3/5 in my book. I'm always inclined to leave a tip, although the service leaves something to be desired. While everyone has off days, it appears we might have a bit of bad luck with timing when we visit."
