"Today , July 21, 2022 at 8:00 pm at this location, we received the WORST service ever from a Jack in The Box establishment from the male that they had working their drive thru window. When we initially drove through the drive thru and attempted to place our order, the male worker kept repeating his questions and relaying the incorrect order information back although there was no background noise coming from our vehicle. We stated we will just pull around to the window to order. When we got to the window, the male worker proceeded to tell us that if we just spoke up he could hear us, we were already speaking as loudly as we could without yelling which is why we pulled around to order, my husband asked if the mic was working, the worker said he could just ask us to leave, then proceeded to ask us what did we want anyway, at this point I asked him for his manager or corporate and he told me to look it up online, while the manager was at the window saying nothing. We left the drive through to go park to go in a speak to the manager when the same unprofessional worker came to the door l, locked it, gave my husband the middle finger and said the police was coming. So we sat and waited for them to come, of course no one came. Jack in The Box please do a better job at hiring. This is someone who maybe the manager of that shift is afraid of because they did nothing to intervene in this worker's ungodly behavior. This worker had no hair net on with unkept braids, gloves while touching parts of the window and people food, shaking like he was going throw some sort of withdrawal as he was talking this mess to customers. Word to the wise, avoid this location at all cost during this shift as the manager will not intervene when the workers are acting unprofessional. If there were an option for an algebraic negative stars I would give that."
