"My friend and I went for lunch on a weekday, and I was thrilled to discover their excellent lunch menu. It comes with side dishes and is very affordable given the generous portions. Recommended by our server, we started with lamb ribs and kinoko katsu. I had never tried lamb ribs before, and they were incredible—braided and glazed in a wonderfully sweet and tangy sauce. I was pleasantly surprised by the kinoko katsu, which features panko-breaded shiitake mushrooms. It could easily serve as a meat substitute because of its intense umami flavor. It was like a much better version of Asian chicken nuggets! For our main courses, we shared a massive bowl of kimchi ramen, to which we added bamboo shoots (I love them!). The bowl was enormous, making the $14 price completely worth it. The taste of the house-made kimchi was outstanding, easily making it the best ramen I’ve ever had, and the fresh ingredients added an extra layer of flavor. We also shared a tuna poke bowl with red curry dressing. I think I’ve found my favorite poke spot! The portion size was generous and beautifully presented with a variety of toppings: masago, avocado, marinated seaweed, cucumber, edamame, and scallions. The red curry sauce added an incredible flavor boost! To top off our meal, we enjoyed the coconut fish, which absolutely blew me away! It was wonderfully rich in flavor and topped with a mix of roasted nuts, with the sauce adding a deliciously bitter note. I will definitely be back to explore more items on the menu because my first meal was simply perfect! I also found that the restaurant is very vegetarian-friendly, so I’ll be sure to bring my vegetarian friends next time! Follow me on IG at @KFitzEats!"

"If you want Chinese comfort food this is the place to go. A full bar, full of seafood , veggies, noodles, tofu, as well as pork, beef, lamb and other meats, as well as other very unique Chinese delicacies is available for you to choose from once you enter. You can put as much or as little as you want in a bowl and after you are done, you take it to the cashier and they weigh it and cook it into a soup for you. For many people this is intimidating, especially since there isnt a lot of directions and explanation when you walk in. This is a type of eating style that is common in parts of China. If you are expecting broccoli beef sweet and sour chicken kind of stuff consider going to Panda Express. You wont find that here. You will be disappointed if you come here expecting general Tso's chicken. The owners and management doesn't seem to speak a lot of English and this place does not cater to those who are not familiar with traditional Chinese food. If you're interested in expanding or exploring authentic Chinese cuisine, maybe bring someone with you who is familiar with this style of eating when you come here. A lot of people are leaving this place bad reviews simply because they don't understand this style of eating and they come here expected to be led to a table and waited on. I find the food here very comforting and I'm so glad to have discovered such a place so that I can taste my childhood again. Highly recommended for those who want authentic Chinese food. The owners and management are super nice and friendly. They may come off as unhelpful but that's because they don't speak English very well and should not reflect poorly on the restaurant. The prices are a little on the high side but if you enjoy hot pot but don't want the hassle or spend the time to eat hot pot. This place is like a hot pot ready to go. They have other cheaper items on the menu including appetizers and traditional Chinese beverages."
