"The staff member at the window lacked customer service skills. Despite repeating my order several times and clearly explaining what I wanted, the server made it the way they preferred. I even went inside to show the young lady the menu. She informed me that they only prepare one type of sundae, and even after repeatedly correcting her on my ice cream flavor choices (I requested two different flavors, but she made two of the same) and toppings (I had to specifically ask for whipped cream), it still turned out wrong, as there was no hot fudge. I noticed that her attitude wasn't right, and I did my best to stay calm and leave. In the end, my wife had to go back for the hot fudge topping. I had reached my limit. They might want to have a word with the employee about writing orders down and getting familiar with the menu. From now on, I’ll stick to Newport and Seekonk."
