"The customer service I received today from this establishment was above and beyond. I ordered food through UberEats and there were issues with one of the items I ordered. UberEats was not helpful with the situation, so I called Bedford Gourmet Food. The person who answered the phone was extremely friendly and listened to my issue. Then, they offered to remake the order and deliver it to me at no charge. I was pleasantly surprised. When the replacement item came it was exactly as I had initially ordered it. I appreciated how well Bedford Gourmet Food handled this situation and went out of their way to make it right. They definitely created a repeat customer in me. Highly recommend!"
