"I was eager to try out a coffee shop located next to 7Eleven on the same street where I work, in preparation for my 8am shift. As per their hours posted online and on their storefront, they were supposed to open at around 7 o'clock. Yesterday, at 7:40, my colleague and I arrived to grab some coffee and breakfast but found their doors to be closed. We tried to get their attention as there were three workers inside, but they simply looked at us and ignored our presence. If they were not ready to open yet, they should have taken a moment to acknowledge us. Alternatively, if their operating hours had changed, they should have updated their information accordingly. Disappointed by this first experience, I opted for 7-Eleven coffee instead. It's a shame as I had heard good things about this place, but it seems like there have been other negative reviews regarding their customer service and staff behavior."
