"We were staying at the St. Regis and came over from our room to the Golf Clubhouse to have dinner at Molasses. We opted for dishes under the Classic Criollo section of the menu; I had the the Sauteed Shrimp and my husband had the Mofongo as he wanted to try something that was a Puerto Rican specialty. Both dishes were very flavorful. We shared the Compressed Salad and it was good, not a very large portion but enough to give us both a taste of the salad and not fill us up too much before our main dish. The complimentary rolls with guava butter were also tasty. I will say that at the server's recommendation we tried the bread pudding dessert and neither of us liked it much. The pudding was hard and not warm as the description said it would be so perhaps that is why it didn't taste that good. Overall, still a great meal and next time we would try something else for dessert. :"
