"I was really looking forward to dining here, so much so that I waited in the parking lot until they opened. The restaurant itself is beautiful and located in a lovely part of the city. The staff were all very nice and incredibly friendly. I decided to try the vegan French toast, and when it arrived at my table, I was impressed by how it looked. However, I soon realized that the French toast was actually roasted with cinnamon and topped with fresh fruit, which I hadn’t expected. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy it as much as I'd hoped and wouldn't recommend it."

"I ordered Caramel Apple Cheesecake Milkshake via Uber Eats. I received a slice of cheesecake instead. That is false advertising. You cannot use Cheesecake and Milkshake interchangeably. It's one or the other. Had I known it wasn't an actual Milkshake, I would have ordered elsewhere. Needless to say, I won't be ordering anymore food from you. These dessert was delicious. Don't lie to me about my food. It makes me believe y'all incompetent, duplicitous, and a complete hot mess! A slice of cheesecake and a milkshake are not the same thing!!!"

"Nice room! Food was good but the service was slow and our waitress added an extra desert and beer from our friends tab on our bill. That was her story anyway... got 'em mixed up. I didn 't ask our friends but I saw they had issues with the bill as well. I am not sure but I think they had only two servers working the room, a bartender and waitress and neither one of them seemed to be in a hurry when it came to service. We had to finally ask the bartender to get the waitress to take our order. She got us our drinks but never came back for the food order. I don 't know if it is important or not but the waitress was dressed a little strange as well. She had on this long flowy shirt thing and some kind of high heel shoes that weren 't really conducive to fast efficient service work. I think she liked gliding around like Stevie Nicks Maybe it 's just me but I think if she was dressed more appropriately it might have put her in the right frame of mind to service a room FULL of people with a little more accuracy and urgency. Anyway, we 'll go back, but probably just for the music. I dunno? My hamburger was pretty good, maybe I will go back for that. One more thing... When we were figuring out the bill mistake the waitress moved in a little close and even put her hand on my shoulder. I don 't think in this day and age (old person speak) that was appropriate either. I doubt she would have liked it if I put my hand on her shoulder."

"Don 't know if the stuff is overworked or if they are being underpaid or maybe the owners or manager running the restaurant just doesn 't talk to his employees about the importance of good customer service. Anyway, first time at this location, lady taking myorder had a very bad attitude, I would ask about some of the menu options and she literally said to me just read the menu andthen went on to the cashier and I didn 't know I wasn 't supposed to get a number so I said I didn 't get one and he replied with avery arrogant tone and said that I was supposed to just repeat the whole order to him!! I mean what was the point of giving thefirst lady my big order to begin with? Why didn 't she pass this on? Well of this is how Santini operates than I am far fromimpressed on their out dated ordering system. Finally, I had a chef salad which was medium par with a terrible stiff and coldpiece of bread. I also ordered 7 other subs for my guys but I haven 't heard how good or bad those were. Over all, not apleasant visit, I may give Santinis another try but definitely not this location."

"I used their catering service last week. I had family members pass and I live in a different state and was unable to travel for the funeral due to illness. They helped me advising me what they could prep in a few hours notice and what they could do for me with other obligations they had. Not once did they tell me not enough notice or we are too busy, instead I got let’s see what we can do for you. Thank you all for your time and compassion! Top shelf people!"

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had a to go order with a meatball sandwich and a tender loving sandwich. Not only that I had spent another 20$ at least on pies when I went in. As I get home to eat I notice my chicken sandwich has no mayo. No big deal I'll throw some on there. Then my girlfriend goes to eat her sandwich. NO MARINARA SAUCE. Then when I call to make a complaint I had to call 5 different times because I kept getting left on hold then I finally got hung up on. Never waisting another dollar here and I HIGHLY advise anyone else looking for a good meal to steer far away from grinders"

"I was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a pepperoni pizza for delivery, which was estimated to arrive in 22-32 minutes. Instead, it took a whole hour because they use DoorDash for deliveries. By the time the pizza arrived, it was barely warm. After warming it up, I found the flavors to be quite bland; I could barely finish one slice. To make matters worse, they sent me a half pepperoni pizza, claiming that the second half would cost extra. I had never requested a half pizza, and I shouldn’t have to pay extra just to get a full one. Perhaps their other menu items are better, but the pizza was certainly a letdown."

"We drove two hours for my husband's birthday brunch on Sunday. We had hoped to sit outdoors and watch the freighters go by. The outdoor patio was closed and that was sad since it was such a lovely day. This was not mentioned on their website. Our server, Tony was personable and perfect. He was the best thing about our dining experience. We won't be going back since the food was just fair and a disappointment. There were several choices but the fish was mushy, the beef and peppers were chewy, the eggs Benedict were overcooked, the bacon was too salty. The desserts were substandard. The peach cobbler was made with canned peaches, the eclairs and strudel were still frozen. My husband did like the waffles, roast beef, ham and breakfast sausages. Others had told us the food wasn't that great but we wanted to dine outdoors so we took a chance. We should have listened to our friends and family."

"After conducting an online search while driving near Fond du Lac on the way to Neenah, we found a restaurant that was pretty busy. My companion and I both ordered the grilled grouper, which was moist and delicious. The dish came with coleslaw, and I chose rice pilaf as my side. I found the pilaf to be overly salty, but the coleslaw was tasty. I enjoyed the roll with drawn butter and a small amount of tartar sauce with my fish. The ice was also good. It's worth mentioning that they do not serve Coke products, which was a disappointment for me. However, the waitress was friendly and efficient. We plan to return very soon, as this place is a great spot in Wisconsin for seafood, not just on Fridays for a fish fry."

"We chose to dine outdoors. However, we were told that their patio heaters were not working. Since Delphine is part of the W Hotel, it is apparently the hotel's job to keep up w/ the maintenance of the restaurant's overhead heaters, broken outdoor door locks that our host struggled to open, w/ the help of the restaurant's manager. This maintenance is sadly lacking, reflects poorly on the hotel, also its restaurant. Having the only downstairs women's restroom, (which is in the hotel), being out of service, is also an indication that the W hotel needs to pay more attention to maintenance issues. In any case, we were seated outdoors, as we'd requested. Our server, Esther, was wonderful. She was friendly, professional, gave us prompt service. The other two gentlemen who served us our soup brought our coffee dessert, were also great. Other servers within the restaurant were also friendly accommodating. The French onion soup was delicious. We ordered the chef's special twin lobster tails. The lobster was well-prepared perfectly cooked. But the vegetables that accompanied it were underdone. It would also help if it wasn't so difficult to speak w/ someone during their open hours, on the phone, instead of a only getting a recording. After at least six phone calls to verify our outdoor seating, I was finally able to reach someone on two of the calls. Someone named Brandon was helpful in verifying that we would be seated outdoors. With the convenience of the Pantages Theater being just across the street, it seems that the W Hotel should make every possible effort to lure accommodate customers to it restaurant, Delphine. The restaurant's staff management can only do so much, if the hotel doesn't give them the support they need."

"Tarpackers is a quaint restaurant that, constructively, could use much inside renovations. This appears to be the lack of upkeep over many years. Aside from this necessity, the restaurant was clean and my meal was super delicious even thoughthe wait was unusually long even with few people dining in. I think maybe one chef was on duty and has to accommodate several to-go orders. The chef 's preparation and presentation of our meals made the wait worthwhile. Now, I think if the kitchenmechanics are not upgraded and not restored as the dining area, surely the chef has to be dealing with insurmountable challenges TOTALLY out of their control. I plan to return especially when time and appearance is not an issue; a little bit ofpaint, floor and bathroom restorations will work wonders for Tarpackers. The service, the food and presentation wasOUTSTANDING in an excellent way! If customer services, cleanliness and pride cooking is most desired by you as is me, this isthe place to dine! Just writing about my experiences arouses my return in spite of their urgent need for a good, localhandyman. SPECIAL NOTE: All of the above is on a big positive scale; the customers are worth it!
