"I was not impressed. I ordered a club and okra. The waitress came back to say they were out of okra. I ordered French fries. She brought me a club and corn. She exchanged the corn for fries. The fries were greasy my club was dry. It had no mayo or mustard at all. The atmosphere is sports related and okay. I was there at 6:00 pm on a Wednesday. There were 2 other tables there. "I've always appreciated Papa Murphy's. Their ingredients are fresh, and the customer service is consistently outstanding, no matter how busy they are. You're definitely getting good value for your money. However, today, the young woman who assisted me truly exceeded my expectations. It was a small gesture, but it had a big impact on my experience. She complimented my son, and when I mentioned that it was difficult to carry both him and a floppy pizza at the same time, she generously offered to help me to the car. She even carried the pizza for me after boxing it up. It was fantastic!"

"I really hate to see the bad reviews because the food here is amazing! Been going here for the past 4 almost 5 years and every time has been superb! The farmers omelette is my go too, and to be honest the lady at the counter isn’t always smiley and sometimes might come off aggressive but I take no offense to that because this staff is always working so hard! They are busy all the time so I’m sure there might be a bad dish here or there. If you haven’t worked in the fast food industry you wouldn’t understand! I will continue to come and get their farmers omelette, and continue to support this establishment!"

"I placed a large online order for pickup at 6:00 AM, which is when the restaurant was supposed to open. I was given a pickup time of 6:09 AM. When I arrived, the door was locked, despite a sign indicating that the dining room opens at 6:00. An employee inside indicated that they wouldn't be opening until 7:00 by pointing to the clock and holding up seven fingers. I mentioned the drive-thru, but he gestured that I needed a car to use that option. I tried calling, but no one answered; the employee just stared at me through the glass door. I couldn’t wait around for an hour, so I left, losing nearly $50 in the process. I found no way to request a refund, and Jack in the Box doesn't provide any contact information. The customer care link on their corporate website is conveniently broken. This is, at best, incredibly unprofessional for a company to accept online orders when they are closed. At worst, it feels like an intentional scam, and corporate seems indifferent. I will never return to Jack in the Box again."

"We frequent this restaurant often and have always enjoyed the food. However, during my last visit, I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich which was grilled and lacking in sauce, unlike the usual fried and saucy version. The service was unusually slow, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy that day. Our meal took a long time to arrive and was cold when it did. Despite feeling disappointed, I chose not to complain as this was not the norm. What really upset me was that I ordered two shots but never received them. I hope this was just an off day for the restaurant."

"The Adrian location of JR's has definitely gone down hill. For a carryout order you might wait 5 min or 25 min for them to answer the phone to take your order. The last person I had to deal with at the pickup window was rude. Want to dine in? The service inside hasn't been so great lately either. Used to be you'd get the great service you expected, but lately it's hit and miss. Just depends on which server you get. If at all possible, I'll drive to the Tecumseh or Brooklyn locations before I'll go to Adrian again, even though Adrian is closer. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"My bestie and I have a monthly “Ladies Who lunch” meet up. This month we selected Fred’s Barneys. We adored it! The service, the food and the atmosphere were perfection. I had the lobster roll and my friend had the chicken caesar salad. The ingredients were very fresh and delicious. A diner at the next table strongly recommended that we try the pomme frites. We did. We split an order and it was divine. Every plate that I saw coming into the dining room looked scrumptious. We are going to put this restaurant back on our rotation –which for us is the ultimate compliment."

"As for the quality of those choices, I opted for a turkey ranch bacon wrap. What I received was a deliciously wrapped turkey bacon delight! To be fair, I was quite hungry, but it might just be the best wrap I've ever tasted. It was generously packed with all the good stuff—no skimping on the meat—and it was incredibly flavorful with ranch! I'm really glad I decided to try this place out. The deli also offers a variety of meats for sale, akin to a meat market, along with coffee and pastries for the morning crowd. There’s a decent amount of seating available, both inside and outside, and it seemed like many regulars were settling in for lunch or simply hanging out. The staff were friendly and clearly skilled at making wraps. I don’t come to this area often, but if I do find myself around here again, I’ll definitely stop by. If you're looking for lunch in the area, I highly recommend giving this place a try!"

"They only have a one page menu and just about everything on it is fantastic. Avoid the chicken pot pie (of all the dishes I’ve tried this is one I’ll NEVER get again. This time the shrimp cargot was good- just not as good as usual. The people I was with enjoyed it (but this was their first time having it). Don’t get me wrong, it was good! Just not as good as usual. The smoked salmon is amazing. The crab cakes are very flavorful. My favorite appetizer is the fiesta egg rolls (excellent). "So I called in to place a pickup order, I was ordering for my kids and myself, the order taker I assumed was a man, deep voice, everybody in the car said the order taker sounded like a guy. So as a lot of confusion was going on outside, I was in the line, the kids talking, just a lot of Commotion in and out the car, in the midst of all this, she asked was I done, and I said “I have some more to order sir, she responded, ok mam” so she heard me say to my kids, “now I know I don’t sound like a woman, and she responded “well you called me sir, and I’m a lady ? I held back confrontation only because my food was being prepared here... the end result was terrible customer service, an awful response to a customer"
