"If you do happen to have a less-than-perfect experience, remember that it can happen anywhere from time to time. However, the Peppers team has always been accommodating and, in my experience, has done their best to address any issues. That level of service is truly commendable. The restaurant has a lively ambiance, and their dining rooms are great for hosting large parties, available for rent to suit various occasions. The bar area is vibrant, while the dining area provides a quieter atmosphere for guests who prefer a more relaxed setting. The owner, Sal, is a fantastic individual. Through my parents, I've had the pleasure of getting to know him, and it’s clear he cares deeply about both his business and the community. I have nothing but positive things to say about Peppers!"

"Firstly, I called to reserve a table for and asked if they took guest with no reservation. Hostess mentions that they are fully booked for tonight and only had a table available for Therefore, I decided to verify online and ended up booking a table for for and noticed that other hours prior to where available for seating of guests. Once arrived at the restaurant before hostess seats us to our table. I ask if it would be possible to get another table , near the formal dining area. She asked me to take a seat and she would inform me as soon as she can. I go to see her after a while, she mentions that everything is booked for the night. I ask how reservation works, when you reserve online you book a specific table? She answers yes, and asks me to go back at my table since it would require cleaning and it’s the last day before closing again due to It’s interesting because when booking online, no field is available to specify which table you want. If the guest haven’t arrived, how is one specific table already taken? And overall, this is low quality service"

"I had a disappointing experience at Mitchell's, with a long wait and a refund on my food. However, I decided to try the fish and chips at the restaurant across the street. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service - I received my order in just 15 minutes. Not only did I get the same amount of food and dessert, but I also saved $10 compared to what I would have paid at Mitchell's. The quality of the meal was excellent as well."

"After enjoying the wide variety of established Medure brothers restaurants, we were excited to try Midtown Table for a birthday lunch with friends. When we walked in I couldn’t help but notice the beautiful decor. It’s bright, think light not obnoxious, and not crammed in crowded. Off to a good start! The menu offers a wide range of options that all sounded great. We ordered the truffle fries for a shared table starter. While the fries were cooked to perfection the amount of salt was off putting. No real truffle flavor could be found through the mound of salt. Yikes! We forged ahead. My hubs got the white pizza, friend one had their hand cut fettuccine and added chicken as well as shrimp. Friend two ordered fettuccine Alfredo. As for moi, I had the chicken Cesar salad. Everything came out in a timely manner and all together. Love that! Hubby said pizza was good but needed more sauce. It had almost none at all. Both pasta dishes got happy thumbs up. And know a chicken Cesar is not an exciting lunch option but hey, I’m not 20 anymore and have to watch what I eat! Hehehe I was really let down by my choice. I had really high hopes as this IS a Medurs establishment. The lettuce was crisp and cold, the tomato’s fresh and plum. The chicken was hot and beautifully grilled. My mouth was watering! I couldn’t wait to taste my salad. The chicken was indeed grilled to perfection but I think they must have used all the salt on the fries as there was so little seasoning on my chicken it was surprisingly and honestly a let down. The reason I give 3 stars is the food. The brothers are well known for amazing food and this didn’t deliver. I wish it had as everything else was great! I wish I could remember our servers name since she was a joy! I can tell you she wears a unique necklace with a pearl in it! If you can identify her please give her my sincere kudos! We may give midtown another try for dinner but not any time soon."

"I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on an egg bagel with salt and pepper, but when I got home I found that I had been given a BLT on an everything bagel with no salt or pepper. I'm not sure what happened, as I usually don't have any issues when I come here and the food is usually good. This time was disappointing, and although I was too hungry to go back and fix it, I may have to reconsider this as my go-to breakfast spot in the future."

"This was my first visit and I was very pleased with the food and the service. Everyone as friendly and we were greeted as we approached the counter. It's a seat yourself environment so nothing crazy as you walk through the door, just head to the counter and order. The food came out hot and fresh. The portion sizes were more than enough to be full and grab a to-go box worth. The men's bathroom smelled and looked clean. Most restaurants miss the mark on either of those but this one did not. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Thanksgiving Dinner at Neptune Diner was so great! We ordered the incredible turkey dinner special on Thanksgiving and the food was delicious, smash sweet potatoes, turkey, gravy and cranberry jam! My had a few different meals but they enjoyed every thing and moment here. The salad was delicious as well as the soft bread with butter. The service was excellent, they staff were extremely helpful and generous. It was the perfect setting and location, hope everyone enjoys it as much as we did! "I may not have the best photo, but I have to say that the pork bowl is absolutely amazing, and it's large enough for my husband and me to share. It's delicious! The beet salad is my personal favorite, and the chicken tenders with blue cheese and BBQ sauce make me feel like a big kid! They are hands down the best I’ve ever had, and I never expected to be so impressed by chicken tenders. The service is outstanding, and I've never had any issues with pickup orders or dining in. The restaurant itself has a fun yet romantic atmosphere that I can't quite describe, but you should definitely give it a try. The beef stroganoff is also fantastic, and it tastes great even with brown rice! Thanks, everyone!"

"Booked restaurant during our stay in New York (from UK). My husband, 16 year old daughter and I had a lovely meal /time here. We all had different spaghetti meals, mine was the Al Pacino and it was delicious! The service was friendly and quick and the value was good. My husband had a dessert, ice cream and sorbet and it was very artistically presented! The limoncello I had was slightly on the expensive side but on holiday so a nice treat! Only downside was a single toilet for all customers. Overall, we were glad we booked and would definitely return if we lived in New York!"

"Heard such great things about this restaurant so my bf booked it for our anniversary, little did I know that I would be leaving the restaurant engaged. They coordinated with him and had everything booked and planned even for the piano player to play andsing the sing Will you marry me? I sobbed like a baby I was so shocked as I didn 't suspect anything. The staff were absolutelyamazing ????, kind, loving, friendly, they helped to make the perfect night that I will never ever forget. The food wasabsolutely scrumptious, the mushrooms ???? soup was the best we 've had ever and we 've travelled all over the world ????. Themain was mouth watering, I had the pork chop and he had the salmon and both were just not short of amazing. The wine and drinkslist was also great. I think this restaurant and staff leaves an experience of a lifetime and I 'd definitely recommend it manytimes over. It 's classy, sophisticated and a wonderful warm atmosphere. "First visit here and was very happy with it. Menu was huge...many choices. For a diner, it was was very clean inside. This isnt your typical greasy spoon. Waiter was friendly and the food was very good. I had the Italian Burger with a side of fries. Burger was not a sopping greasy mess but was tasty, with a good amount of toppings. I had a cup of coffee as well. .. waiter brought out a mug of coffee! Even the coffee was tasty...not burnt old jo. Btw the way at the table was a sign advertising bottles of wine at prices that you usually don't see in a restaurant. This place has been here a long time, wish I had come here sooner! As an afterthought.. If the chefs there read this.. add some hot pickled cherry peppers to that Italian Burger for a real winning alternative."

"The wings last night were so good, i had to review. I've been going here for over 20 years and they have never been rude to me. Not making excuses but they seem to be so busy from the time they open to the time they close, there is no time for niceties. Their food is wonderful. I routinely order pasta with meatballs or sausage, cheeseteaks, and i like their small pizzas becauae i like the crust. Their best menu item is the pizza steqk and wings. Highly recommend for local takeout. Also they accept orders up until CLOSE to closing time. I've tried to order 15 to 20 minutes before they close and they do not answer if they answer and tell me they are not accepting orders now. I understand they want to close on time."

"Overall: I used to come here specifically for their Gan Ba Chicken Wings before they renovated a couple years ago. Returned to see if their Gan Ba Chicken Wings are the same and to check out their Vermicelli bowls, both were good for a HK cafe spot. Everything is priced reasonably, quick yet friendly service, and clean setting. Would come again to try the HK food!Food: The Vermicelli with Lemongrass Chicken and Imperial Roll $11.95) had all the toppings peanuts, fried garlic, green onion) that I appreciate. The chicken was cooked well with good flavor; however, I didn't taste any lemongrass. The imperial roll is not the kind I usually receive from Vietnamese restaurants, which have a different skin and contain meat. I personally feel that the egg rolls at Jo Jo's are on the oiler side. Although the Gan Ba chicken wings $13.50 for 10 pcs) are not the same as they were 5+ years ago, they were still plump, juicy, and fried to a nice crisp. The sauce was neither too thick or thin and I kept going back for more of it, especially to dip my vermicelli. I had one bite of my friend's garlic noodles which were flavorful and had good texture/firmness; I definitely prefer these over Perilla."

"We've been to this restaurant many times. Our favorite item on the menu is the Poke Your Way, where you specify how you want your poke made. Poke is a Hawaiian dish made from raw fish, typically Ahi tuna. It is a Must Have when visiting Hawaii. Although we came for the Poke, the monthly tasting menu for this August is outstanding, so we decided to go with it instead.The things I like most about this restaurant... Outdoor dining on the patio overlooking the pool and ocean. The sunset is the best on the Island. Live music on the pool deck. The Hapuna has done a great job of booking fabulous artists to play every evening on the pool deck. You can hear them from anywhere on the patio of the Ocean Grille. From the first row of the patio at the Ocean Grill, you can see the artist as well. The friendly service. Elizabeth was our server this evening. We love Elizabeth, but the other servers we've had on other nights are great as well. The food. The Poke Your Way is the best. The seafood pasta is the best I have had anywhere.The monthly tasting menus are great. If, like me, you have a favorite martini that is not common... the bartender here will do a great job of recreating it for you.One note... The Hapuna Beach Prince has started a major reconstruction project, which is scheduled to complete in February The normal walkway to the Ocean Grille has been rerouted through the pool area to accommodate the construction. Although a bit inconvenient, it is out of sight and mind once you are seated, watching the fabulous sunset and listening to the beautiful Hawaiian music"
