"Let me begin by saying that I'm a fan of their drinks. However, today's experience with their Barista left me disappointed. I drove a bit longer than I needed too so that my friend could try this place out after hyping it up so much.Look, we all have places to be, but why would you advertise your business being open until 5pm and then tell me We started shutting down 30 minutes ago. The machines are already unplugged and are being cleaned I asked to speak to the Manager, the Barista was like he's like there is no manager, I'm the only one.Clearly, the Barista has no incentive to stay until his scheduled time and started closing up early.I saw patrons leaving early too because they were being told they were closing.I hope Management realizes that leaving their business unattended for the Barista to Manage isn't helping them keep or gain new customers."
