"I approached the young girl at the register and requested a box for my sandwich. She went to ask the owner for one, and then I heard him literally shout, “The cheese isn’t even melted. I’m not giving him a box!” I was taken aback by his anger, especially since my sandwich wasn’t prepared as I had specifically asked.
This experience has left me reconsidering my long-standing patronage. The poor customer service was completely unwarranted and unacceptable. I doubt I will be returning after this incident."
