"We booked a 2 person igloo and was put in a cold make shift shack next to the igloos. We watched another 2 party go into one of the available igloos and told our server our situation that we had paid for one of them and don’t want to eat in their shack. She looked to be moving things around in the last free available igloo when another server placed a party of 5 in it. Our server came back and said that our reservation said a party of 5 and that there were no available igloos. We decided to eat inside and later talked to the manager. Manager apologized for the mistake and was also confused why they placed us there. He said it did show we were a party of 2 and that the only way to be placed in the shack would have been if we called and agreed to sit there. He also mentioned they only use it for parties over 5 and there must have been a mix up. Our server inside was great and food was good. The manager was also very nice and comped our drinks, ultimately we did not have to pay the igloo fee. Was very disappointed about not being in the igloo but the food and ambiance was still very nice."
