"I ordered a $5.00 box and some other menu items (including a medium Baja Blast during happy hour). I thought the total was super pricey and I figured I would ask at the window) When I got to the window after 25 minutes (to be fair I found out they were short staffed) I clarified that we had the $5 box before paying and was told we did. So I had to ask for the receipt. On the receipt , instead of having the $5 box there was a chalupa meal. Also, my medium Baja Blast was $2.49. I asked if it was Happy Hour and they said it was, but I didn 't clarify I wanted the Happy Hour pricing. So I waited for a refund for the chalupa meal and switched it to the $5 box, since they refused to do the drink at $1.00. So then the cashier told me it was $7 something and I went over for the 3rd time a $5 box. Finally, we got the food and they forgot the $2.49 medium Baja Blast that should have been a dollar. I actually had to point it out on the receipt to get it. I have to say I eat at Taco Bell atleast twice a month and this by far was the worst Taco Bell experience!"
