"Delicious delicious boiled crawfish!!! We came on our trip to New Orleans in March and Bevi is located 2-3 miles from the French Quarter. Crawfish is big, fresh and juicy. It also has a nice kick of heat without being super spicy. No spice level adjustments here. This place is real Cajun style for crawfish, not Viet-Cajun, so crawfish is not tossed in lemon garlic butter sauce and no dipping sauce on the side. It's perfect as is, no sauce needed.Service: don't come here expecting excellent and caring service. Know what you want, be precise in your order, pay and enjoy your food. Staff is very snappy but they're efficient and get the job done. Remember, it's a casual restaurant and you're here for the delicious food, not the service. When crawfish in season (March 2023), order 12lbs for $4.50 or $4.95 per lb. Potatoes, corn, and sausages don't come with the crawfish. It'll be add-on order of $6 for a tray of mixed fixings. Prepare cash and pay with cash to avoid an additional bank fee added to your bill. Highly recommend this place when you're around the area. Don't pay overpriced crawfish at bars or restaurants at the French Quarter, which are typically tourist traps. Visit Bevi for a good time, low key chillin', and enjoy delicious seafood at reasonable prices."
