"The food was good, but the service was terrible! It took 20 minutes just to take our order, and we waited over an hour for our meals. Meanwhile, five tables that were seated after us received their food first. We finished our bottle of wine before our dishes finally arrived. My entrée came 10 minutes before my husband’s, and it was already cool by the time his meal was served. When we inquired if our order had been lost, the manager told us it wasn't prepared correctly. Although the manager offered us one free entrée (which we already had a coupon for), they blamed the slow service on a conference in town. We rarely complain, but this was the worst dining experience we've had in a decade. I would not recommend this restaurant under any circumstances, as it seems management struggles to handle an increase in demand, manage orders, or effectively address complaints."
