"The employee continues to report this review now and message me with threats on Yelp. How is this possible that Yelp keeps removing the post... because this employee flagged it... for sharing an experience on an app designed to provide Yelpers a platform to share experiences...? I 'm not the only one here. Let 's be clear R3Fresh is AWESOME! This employee has some severe issues. It 's a shame that we avoid this place now, and I 've been coming here WEEKLY well before this employee was hired. @Joe hiring manager... owner...? The epitome of one hating their life at work is this young lady working all by herself each day.We used to come in here several times per week, and never really had any issues. Bowls were always made without any problems at all!Long story short; NOTICEABLE difference with current 'single employee ' girl. When she 's not sick and unmasked literally sniffling and coughing while making bowls , she looks and acts as though she may literally fallout into the floor at any moment. If it 's not the huffing and puffing and completely detached attitude, it is the line out the door that forms now, every time we visit ...and it has nothing to do with the high demand, just the singular employee [her] moving at a snails pace to do anything at all .The place has changed. There is no service any longer and since when are all the ingredients and options unavailable when we visit? This has never literally ever been the case for bowls. The bowls are REALLY good, but if the prep is controlled by this one disgruntled employee... it now makes sense why things have changed.Hoping more people answer the posted ad in the store because the current employee is dragging the atmosphere and order turnover time to the ground. Hopefully, [Joe] you review the security footage just to see the lackadaisical 'effort ' provided by the current 'position filler '.Hoping things turn around for you guys. Would really like to keep coming. Just can 't keep waiting 15+ minutes for a bowl on the go any longer, and I 'm not so sure that the current employee isn 't going to 'have enough ' one day and just throw in the towel mid shift lol I mean... it 's bad enough that the door entry sensor 'dings ' uncomfortably her entire shift when anyone walks through the door and stands anywhere near the high top counter ...which happens all the time now with the line to the door . Fyi I have never had a negative interaction with this employee in person, so don 't misinterpret this as a way to 'stick it to her ' for anything. This is a straight up observation over the last several weeks. Your company deserves to know. She is also quite aggressive here on Yelp."
